が左右にずれて研摩される状態が発生する。

の押圧力を調節するようになっている。さらに16は砥石
であり、下部を砥石11台に固定すると共に上面に半径R2
の凹球面形状の研摩面17を形成し、中央に孔16aが形成
してある。18は回転台10の孔10aと砥石台11の孔11aと砥
石16の孔16aの内部を貫通させて立設固定した支持台で
ある。この支持台18には、第2図及び第3図に示すよう
に上方と下方とに複数のローラベアリング19を、それら
の間に一定の幅をもつ溝を形成するように円弧状に配置
し,この円弧は半径R1をもち、かつその中心は砥石16の
研摩面17の円弧中心に一致させてある。20は揺動台であ
り、下端両側の円弧状のレール21,21をローラベアリン
グ19で形成した溝に遊嵌し、揺動台20がローラベアリン
グ19で形成した円弧状の溝に沿って円弧運動できるよう
に設けてある。また、揺動台20の上方の円筒部20aをシ
ルクハット状をした治具22の内筒部22a中に嵌合せし
め、螺子23により円筒部20aに固定する。また治具22の
つば22bには、研摩すべき複数のフェルール24,24を着脱
可能に取付け、且つフェルール24,24の中心軸線が研摩
面17の円弧中心に一致するように設ける。25は摺動腕で
あり、その中央部を第2図、第3図に示すように支持台
18に設けた軸26に対して揺動可能に支持すると共に、そ
の上端に形成した二又27を揺動台20に設けた連結軸28に
遊嵌する。29はモーターであり、そのモーター29の回転
軸30にはクランク31を設けると共に、クランク軸32と揺
動腕25下端とを球関節リンク33によって連結し、モータ
ー29の回転によって揺動腕25を軸26のを中心に往復揺動
するようになっている。
