It was applied to a base sheet such as a film or paperboard and covered with a water-permeable sheet. Since the superabsorbent resin used for this one is completely covered with the adhesive binder, the water absorption is small for the superabsorbent resin used,
It was not efficient. For example, the water absorption of the sheet disclosed in JP-B-63-19545 was about 50 to 100 g / m 2 . On the other hand, what is disclosed in JP-A-2-8048 is
By spraying the superabsorbent resin between the base sheet and the water permeable sheet, and laminating the base sheet and the water permeable sheet with the molten heat adhesive resin, the super water absorbent resin is partially converted into the molten heat adhesive resin. It is buried in an exposed state to obtain high water absorption. In this sheet, the aforementioned JP-B-63-19
The amount of superabsorbent resin required to obtain the same amount of water absorption as the sheet disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 545 is only about 50% of the above sheet.

The superabsorbent resin used is efficient and preferred. However, according to the structure of JP-A-2-8048, when the base sheet is made of a material having poor water resistance, a part of the superabsorbent resin in which the molten heat-adhesive resin is buried is partially disposed on the paperboard side. However, there is a problem that the absorbed water and the like migrate to the paperboard, and the strength of the paperboard is deteriorated. In particular, when the water-absorbent sheet is formed by using paperboard to form a box-shaped packaging container, the deterioration of the strength of the paperboard becomes a serious drawback as a packaging container.

The resin (4) is extruded from the extrusion die (8), and is further covered with the liquid-permeable sheet (5). At this time, the molten heat-adhesive resin (4) has a thickness smaller than the average particle diameter of the liquid-absorbent resin (3), and preferably has a thickness smaller than the average particle diameter of the liquid-absorbent resin (3).
Extruded to a thickness of 30-50% and crimped. As a result, the liquid-absorbent resin (3) is fixed on the waterproof layer (2) by the heat-adhesive resin (4), and the liquid-absorbent resin (3) breaks through the heat-adhesive resin (4) and passes through the liquid. Partially exposed to the non-conductive sheet (5) side, it exhibits liquid absorbing properties (see FIG. 2). When the thickness of the heat-adhesive resin (4) is larger than the average particle diameter of the liquid-absorbent resin (3) or larger than the above value, most of the liquid-absorbent resin (3) is thermally bonded. The resin (4) cannot be broken through, and a substantial liquid absorbing effect cannot be obtained.
On the other hand, when the thickness of the heat-adhesive resin (4) is smaller than the above value, the pierced hole is widened, and the contact area between the liquid-absorbent resin (3) and the heat-adhesive resin (4) is reduced. Since it becomes smaller, the liquid-absorbent resin (3) is not held on the paperboard (waterproof layer) by the heat-adhesive resin (4) and falls off.

μm or more. On the other hand, in order to prevent unevenness (deformation) of the liquid-absorbent sheet due to swelling and volume increase during liquid absorption, and to prevent the liquid-absorbent resin (3) from falling off.
It is preferable that the thickness be 100 μm or less. Therefore, the heat-adhesive resin (4) is preferably extruded to a thickness of 9 to 50 μm.

As a liquid-permeable sheet, for example, a nonwoven fabric such as a cellulose-based nonwoven fabric, a polyethylene-based nonwoven fabric, a polypropylene-based nonwoven fabric, and a polyester-based nonwoven fabric, or a sheet having good liquid permeability such as paper, particularly non-size paper, can be used. . The liquid-permeable sheet (5) needs to have extremely small holes so that the above-mentioned liquid-absorbent resin (3) does not permeate and drop from the liquid-absorbent sheet.

に設ける。In the third and fourth aspects of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the liquid-absorbent resin (3) is extruded onto a waterproof layer (2) formed on a paperboard (1) by an extrusion die ( Sprayed on the molten heat-adhesive resin (4) extruded from 8). In the present invention, the liquid-absorbent resin (3) is a heat-adhesive resin (4).
Buried with a part of it exposed. Therefore, spraying of the liquid-absorbent resin (3) needs to be performed before the heat-adhesive resin (4) is solidified.
Since the layers are laminated by the adhesive force of the thermo-adhesive resin (4), the thermo-adhesive resin (4) needs to be coated and crimped before solidifying. In the present invention, the thickness of the heat-adhesive resin (4) is such that a part of the liquid-absorbent resin (3) on the liquid-permeable sheet (5) side does not break through the heat-adhesive resin (4). Since it is in an exposed state, it is not necessarily required to be thinner than the average particle diameter of the liquid-absorbent resin (3). However, in the present invention, in order to surely expose the liquid-absorbent resin (3), a heat-adhesive resin is used. (4)
Is thinner than the average particle diameter of the liquid-absorbent resin (3).

AQUALIC (registered trademark) CA ML-50, manufactured by Kogyo Co., Ltd.) was sprayed at a rate of 0.5 g / m 2 using a powder spraying device. Then, the waterproofing layer of the laminate of the paperboard / waterproofing layer and the high-water-absorbing resin-dispersed side of the non-sized paper are opposed to each other, and a molten polyethylene resin (manufactured by Mitsui Petrochemical Industry Co., Ltd .; (Trade name: Mirason 16P) was extruded into a film having a thickness of 15 μm, and immediately pressed, to obtain a liquid-absorbent sheet of the present invention. Observation of the obtained liquid-absorbent sheet revealed that the highly water-absorbent resin was buried in the polyethylene resin in a state where a part thereof was exposed to the non-size paper side. The water absorption of this sheet was about 160 g / m 2 .
