法は時間が掛かり、実用的でないという問題を有してい

ーム5の先端が入り込むようになっている。この規制力
検出アーム5の先端に磁気記録テープ4が当接する。す
なわち、この規制力検出アーム5が、片持ち梁になって
いるため磁気記録テープ4の力により曲げられる。その
曲げによる歪の変化を規制力検出アーム5の表裏に貼ら
