耐油性の合成ゴム、樹脂等の弾性材料で形成した長方形
状のパッキンと該上下のパッキン間の周縁に耐油性の合
成ゴム、樹脂等の弾性材料で形成した枠材を介在させて
密閉空間を形成し、かつ前記上下のパッキンのそれぞれ
には開閉板を弾圧状態で貫通させる長孔を形成するとと
もに前記密閉空間にグリース等の粘性を有する潤滑油を
充填し、さらに前記開閉板に硬質クロムメッキ等の滑動
し易い表面処理を施したことを特徴とするコンクリート
