In order to obtain a wall that passes, there is a problem that the thickness and weight of the gypsum board, the thickness of the sound absorbing material, the thickness of the wall, and the like must be increased more than necessary.

The panel on which the sound absorbing material is laminated is placed so that the surface of the panel on which the ribs are provided is on the inside, and both edges in the short direction of the panel face the upper and lower runners between the upper and lower runners. The surface density of the gypsum board forming the panel is formed on the surface of the base wall formed by connecting a plurality of panels sequentially so that the edges in the longitudinal direction of the panels are in contact with each other so that the direction is the vertical direction. 1: 0.1 ratio
A gypsum board for upholstery in the range of ~ 1: 0.9 is fixed to form one wall body, and on the opposite side, a similar structure to the wall body is adhered to the wall body via a space or panel. A sound insulation partition wall, wherein the gypsum board ribs are arranged in a staggered manner.

Because it can be a structure that does not require studs,
In addition, the gypsum board ribs partially change the surface density of the panel, and further, since the gypsum board ribs are arranged to face each other in a staggered manner, the partial surface density of the entire wall also changes. Sound insulation with no sound transmission loss due to coincidence effect due to the sound insulation effect and the dust by laminating the gypsum board that constitutes the panel and the gypsum board with different areal density with the intervening sound absorbing material and air layer between And a partition wall having excellent fire resistance.

である。In addition, the reason why the gypsum board rib width is set to the specific size is also meaning to strengthen the panel, but to partially change the surface density of the panel and to more effectively eliminate the loss of sound transmission loss due to the coincidence effect, If the gypsum board rib width is less than the dimension of the gypsum board constituting the panel plus 10 mm, or if the gypsum board rib width is 1/4 or more of the panel width, sound transmission loss due to the coincidence effect This is because it does not significantly contribute to the prevention of loss.

The two cut V-grooves (Fig. 3) that have been cut off may be bent to the V-groove side and bonded and laminated (Fig. 4). Can be stacked together with glue or glue nails (Fig. 5)

Use the one in the range of 1-1: 0.9. The reason is that otherwise, it does not significantly contribute to preventing loss of sound transmission loss due to the coincidence effect. It should be noted that, when the gypsum board is fixed to the base wall surface, the position of the joint is shifted from the joint of the base wall to laminate the gypsum board.

The partition wall 1 is a gypsum board as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, each of the two V-grooves 3 cut from the edges of the back surface of each of the two longitudinal edges on both longitudinal edges to form a gypsum board rib from the edges was cut to the V-groove side using a bending adhesive. A panel 6 on which a sound absorbing material 5 is laminated is connected between upper and lower runners 9 between the gypsum board ribs 4 fixed to each other, and the surface density of the gypsum board 2 constituting the panel 6 is different from that of the gypsum board 2. Plastering gypsum board 7 is joined to the plaster board joint
11 is fixed so as not to overlap with the joint 12 of the base wall so as to form one wall. Then, on the opposite side, a structure similar to the wall is provided in close contact with the wall or via the space 8 with the gypsum board ribs 4 of the panel opposed in a staggered manner.

仕切り壁。In a structure of a light-weight partition wall mainly composed of a gypsum board, gypsum board ribs are provided along both longitudinal edges of one of the front and back surfaces of the gypsum board, and sound is absorbed between the ribs. The panel in which the materials are laminated is arranged such that the surface provided with the ribs of the panel is on the inner side, and between the upper and lower runners, both edges in the short direction of the panel face the upper and lower runners,
Gypsum board forming the panels on the surface of a base wall formed by connecting a plurality of panels sequentially so that the longitudinal edges of the panels are in contact with each other so that the longitudinal direction of the panels is vertical. A surface gypsum board having a surface density ratio of 1: 0.1 to 1: 0.9 is fixed to form one wall body, and on the other side, the wall body is in close contact with or via a space. A sound-insulating partition wall, wherein a structure similar to the wall is disposed with the gypsum board ribs of panels facing each other in a staggered manner.
