【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は液体を空間、あるいは、熱伝達や反応が行わ
れる部分へ均一に散布するための液体の散布装置に関す
る。

ある。図において、1は樋、2はサイホン板、3はコイ
ルばね、4は金属板、5は伝熱管である。この散布装置
はサイホン板2を樋1の側壁に、同一条件で多数筒狭着
するために、樋1の下にコイルばね3を配し、樋1を挟
んで対向するサイホン板2が樋1の方向に押圧されるよ
うにしてあり、側壁の内面と接する部分のサイホン板2
の流路に固体差が生じても滴下能力に大きな影響を与え
ることはない。

プロン、10は小孔である。長尺の袋管6の長手方向の頂
面に所定の間隔を保って小孔10を多数開けてある。袋管
6にハウジング7を固着してあり、上部に空間を形成し
ている。ハウジング7には第13図に示すように、両側部
を一定の間隔をおいて切り欠いて、散布しようとする液
の通路7Aとしている。一方、袋管6の下面にはルーフ状
のエプロン8を取付けている。また、袋管6に流入した
液は小孔10よりハウジング7で形成された空間に噴出さ
れ、切欠の通路7Aを通って袋管6の表面を伝わってエプ
ロン8の表面を流下し、伝熱管5に液が均一に散布され
る。

業に多くのマンアワーを要する。しかも、樋1へサイホ
ン板2を取付ける場合、サイホン板2と樋1の側壁との
隙間を均一にしないと液の散布が不均一となるが、隙間
を均一に組立てることは極めて難しい。さらに、樋1の
側壁へのサイホン板2の組立てが完全であっても、散布
装置自体が傾斜していると散布が不均一になってしま
う。また、特開昭51-51039号公報で開示された散布装置
は構造的に複雑で組立てが難しく、コストがかかる欠点
がある。

目づまりなどを起こして散布状態が不均一にならないよ
うに液体の散布装置を提供することにある。

上方側を閉塞し、液体が滴下する下方側を開口するじゃ
ま板を前記袋管の小孔を設けた側面に取付ける、ことに
よって達成される。

なるように、小孔10Aの径を決めているので、液が均一
に散布される。ガイドスペーサ12Aは、小孔10Aの位置に
合わせて、その周りをくり抜いて空間13Aを設け、散布
する方向に開口部14Aを設けてある。さらに、ガイドス
ペーサ12Aの横にじゃま板9Aを設けてガイドスペーサ12A
を袋管6Aとじゃま板9Aで挟みこむように固定してある。
こうすることにより、袋管6Aに流入する液は小孔10Aよ
りガイドスペーサ12Aとじゃま板9A、袋管6Aとで囲まれ
た空間13Aに噴出する。噴出した液は空間13Aの中で、ま
ず、矢印の方向へ広がって流速が落ち、ガイドスペーサ
12Aの開口部14Aからは液はゆっくりと流れ落ちて伝熱管
5などの決められた位置へ液を滴下するように動作す
る。これにより、散布装置から液が跳びだして伝熱管5
などに当り、液が飛び散ることがない。さらに、小孔10
Aを袋管6Aの高い位置に開けているので、万一、異物が
混入しても、袋管6Aの底16Aに堆積して小孔10Aまでは異
物が届かないので、目詰まりにより散布が不均一となる
