2. Description of the Related Art As a method for treating rainwater on a sidewalk, a method of permeating rainwater underground by a permeable sidewalk pavement block a as shown in FIG. 21 has already been put to practical use. Also,
For rainwater treatment on the gutter, a steel grating cover b as shown in FIG. 22 is generally used. Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 1-180580 discloses a gutter having a water-permeable layer provided between steel reinforcing members and a gutter having a water-permeable layer provided on a concrete bottom plate having a number of water-permeable holes. ing.

However, the steel grating cover b does not allow a pedestrian to slide in the vertical direction, but has a disadvantage in that it can slide in the horizontal direction, and the heel portion of the female high heel is made of steel c. It fits easily in between,
The danger was great. Further, among the gutters described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-180580, in the former, since a steel reinforcing material is exposed on the surface, there is a great risk that the heel of a woman will slip. Furthermore, since the difference in wear between the steel portion and the water permeable layer portion is large, there is a risk that the water permeable layer portion will be worn first and the pedestrian's toe will stick to the remaining steel portion. In addition, since the weight of the steel part is high among the materials, it is expensive. On the other hand, in the latter case, since a large number of water holes are provided in the concrete bottom plate, there is a problem that the strength of the lid itself is reduced.

[Function] Since a water-permeable layer is provided on both the gutter main body and the lid,
Rainwater can flow out into the gutter from the entire upper surface of the gutter via the inclined surface and the drainage portion. Since a water-permeable layer made of natural gravel solidified with an adhesive is formed on the entire surface, there is no danger of pedestrians slipping, and it matches well with the surrounding landscape. The gutter main body and the lid do not have a large number of drain holes as in the past, so there is no reduction in strength. Also, the peripheral wall is erected at each outer edge, so that corners of the permeable layer due to traveling vehicles etc. are prevented. Can be. Since a notch for water permeability was provided at the upper end of the side wall of the main body to form a water-permeable layer, on a road with water-permeable pavement,
Excess rainwater exceeding the infiltration capacity can be quickly discharged from the cutout for permeation into the gutter. Since the main body and the lid are manufactured on a normal line in a factory, and the permeable layer is provided off-line, the permeable layer can be easily formed at any place and at any time according to the situation.

Embodiment 1 Embodiment 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. The gutter of the present invention is called a free-slope gutter. The gutter main body 1 and the lid 2 are formed in an inverted U-shape by concrete. The side groove main body 1 is constituted by a pair of side grooves 3 which are open at the bottom and are opposed to each other in parallel, and a top wall 4 which continuously connects the upper ends of both side walls 3. On this top wall 4,
One or a plurality of openings 6 are formed, and each opening 6 has a lid receiving portion 5 formed therein. The lid receiving portion 5 is provided with a plurality of sludge notches 7 for flowing earth and sand into the gutter main body 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 23, the free slope gutter is constructed by laying the gutter main body 1 at the same slope as the road slope and casting the invert concrete 8 on the bottom at a slope required at the construction site to reduce the running water gradient. It is set freely as appropriate.

In recent years, the permeable pavement of general roads has been increased in many cases, and a structure has emerged in which rainwater on the road penetrates underground. In this case, when the ability to penetrate the underground is exceeded, the road will be flooded, and the water will flow over the edge of the gutter and flow into the gutter. In FIG. 20, reference numeral 36 denotes a roadbed on a road, and 37 denotes a permeable pavement. According to this embodiment, before the road is flooded, rainwater R is drained from the permeable layer 16a of the notch 35 for permeation. It can be discharged into the main body 1.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved. Since the water-permeable layer is provided on both the gutter main body and the lid, rainwater can efficiently flow out into the gutter from the entire upper surface of the gutter via the inclined surface and the drainage portion. Since a water-permeable layer made of natural gravel solidified with an adhesive is formed on the entire surface, there is no danger of pedestrians slipping and falling, and it matches well with the surrounding landscape. The gutter main body and the lid do not have a large number of drain holes as in the past, so there is no reduction in strength. Also, the peripheral wall is erected at each outer edge, so that corners of the permeable layer due to traveling vehicles etc. are prevented. Can be. Since a water-permeable notch is provided at the upper end of the side wall of the main body to form a water-permeable layer, excess rainwater exceeding the permeation capacity can be quickly drained from the water-permeable notch into the gutter on a water-permeable pavement road. Therefore, the pedestrian can safely pass without being splashed by the traveling vehicle. Since the main body and the lid are manufactured on a normal line in a factory, and the permeable layer is provided off-line, the permeable layer can be easily formed at any place and at any time according to the situation.
