【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は種々の機械装置の操作盤において、種々の
押釦等の操作部材やランプ等の表示部材が備えられるパ
ネルの製造方法に関し、詳しくはそれらの操作部材や表
示部材の機能を示す為の文字、数字、目盛等の表示符号
が表記されている銘板が付された状態の操作盤パネルの

複数の銘板を夫々製造する。その作業は、先ず表示符号
を銘板用の素材例えばアルミ板に印刷等の表記手段によ
って表記する。次にプレスによって上記素材を所定の銘
板の形状に打ち抜く。これにより一種類の銘板が完成す
る。これらの作業を相異なる各表示符号の数だけ行っ
て、必要とする全種類の銘板を形成する。次に、上記の
ようにして形成された夫々異なる表示符号の銘板を上記
パネル素材に対する各操作部材の取付けの時に夫々各操

程2は例えば周知のキャド(CAD)を用いて行なう。キ
ャドは周知の如く入力装置と中央処理装置と外部記憶装
置と出力装置とで構成されている。入力装置としてはキ
ーボード、デシサイダ、ライトペン、画像入力装置等が
ある。また出力装置には自動製図機、プロッタ、ハード
コピー装置などがある。設計者は例えば符号3で示され
る如きキャドの画面を見ながら設計を行なう。即ち、上
記入力装置を用いて必要な入力を行ない、画面3に、操
作盤パネル4の形状や、それに対する複数の操作部材の
取付部例えば取付孔5の形状や、各取付部の近傍に付す
べき夫々に対応した各銘板6においてそれの外形を表す
銘板模様(銘板の地板の形をしている模様)7の形状等
を表わす形状線9を描く。また同様にして、パネル4の
大きさや、取付孔5の大きさや位置を表わす為の寸法補
助線10、寸法線11、寸法数字12も描く。さらにまた、上
記各銘板6における表示符号8も描く。このようにして
行なった設計の設計内容(符号8〜12で示される内容)

の工程14に送られパネル素材15の形成が行なわれる。パ
ネル素材15には、それが取付けられる機械と同色の塗装
が必要に応じて施される。これらの工程は例えば専門の

を表す形状線9やその位置或いは大きさを表す寸法補助
線10、寸法線11、寸法数字12が表されておればよいが、
その他の内容例えば図示される如くパネルの形状線9や
表示符号8等が表れていてもよい。この銘板配置図17は
工程18に送られ、銘板模様用製版フィルム22の作成が行
われる。この工程18は例えば次のようにして行う。先ず
赤色或いは黒色のフィルム19から銘板配置図17に表れて
いる銘板模様7の形状及び大きさに従い銘板模様の型20
を切り抜く。次に透明フィルム21を銘板配置図17に重ね
合わせ、そのフィルム21を透かして見ることのできる銘
板配置図17上の銘板模様7に合わせて上記型20を貼り付
ける。これにより銘板模様用製版フィルム22が完成す
る。次にその製版フィルム22は写真製版の工程23に送ら
れ、その製版フィルム22によって銘板模様用印刷スクリ
ーン24が作成される。次に印刷スクリーン24は銘板模様
の印刷の工程26に送られる。この工程26には前記パネル
素材15も送られる。工程26においては上記パネル素材15
における各取付部の近傍に対する各銘板模様7の印刷
が、上記印刷スクリーン24を用いて一工程で同時に施さ

材に印刷された各銘板模様7の上に、上記各取付部に夫
々対応した各表示符号8が、上記印刷スクリーン31を用
いて一工程で同時に印刷される。これにより銘板6を有
する操作盤パネル33が出来上る。この出来上ったパネル
33は電機メーカーの組立の工程34に送られ、押釦等の操
作部材や表示ランプ等の表示部材が各取付部に取付けら
