取り付け時の位置決めが簡単にできる出窓の構造を提供

ト等の支持部材6を架設してある。出窓本体1の後部枠
体4には後方に向けてはめ込み部7を突設してあり、こ
のはめ込み部7の前部から外方に向けて壁取り付けフラ
ンジ部11を設け、はめ込み部7を建物の壁8に設けた開
口部9にはめ込むと共に壁取り付けフランジ部11を建物
の壁8外面に取り付けてある。ここで、はめ込み部7を
開口部9にはめ込んで壁取り付けフランジ部11を壁8に
当てるため、出窓本体1の開口部9への取り付けに当た
って出窓本体1が重量物であっても簡単に位置決めがな
され、取り付け時に傾いたりせず簡単に取り付けること
ができるものである。窓枠12は上枠13と下枠14と両側枠
15とを矩形状に枠組みして構成してあり、窓枠12の前端
部外周には外向きに外鍔部16が連出してある。そしてこ
の窓枠12は建物の内部に配設されるユニットバスのよう
な設備ユニット17の壁パネル18の開口19に設備ユニット
17内からはめ込まれ、窓枠12をはめ込み部7にはめ込ん
で重ねるとともに外鍔部16を壁パネル18の内面に当接し
て取り付けてある。ここで窓枠12とはめ込み部7との重
合長さを調整することで壁8と壁パネル18との間の距離
が異なる場合に対応するものである。また建物の壁8の
開口部9の下縁を構成する部材である窓台20と壁パネル
18の開口19の下縁とは面一となっていて窓枠12を開口19
からはめ込んだ場合、開口19の下縁と窓台20の上面とに
それぞれ窓枠12の下枠14の載置部21が載置されて正確に
位置決めがなされるようになっている。カウンター10は
人造大理石で形成してあり、前端部に下方に垂下する縁
部22を設けてある。そして、このカウンター10は窓枠12
の下枠14、及び下枠14とほぼ同じ高さの支持部材6に載
置して支持させて取り付ける。出窓本体1の前部枠体2
の前下枠部3にはL型をした縁材23の縦片24が取り付け
られ、縁材23の横片25がカウンター10の前部上面側に位
置させてあり、横片25の先端とカウンター10の上面との
間にシリコンのような水密材26が充填してある。ここ
で、カウンター10の前端の縁部22は外鍔部16に重ねられ
るものであり、この場合、カウンター10の長さのバラツ
キや、あるいは壁8と壁パネル18との間の長さの違いな
どに対して横片25へのカウンター10の前端部の重複長さ
を調整することにより吸収できるものである。更にカウ
ンター10の厚みが薄いので、横片25とカウンター10との
調整代を越えた調整が必要な場合には、カウンター10の
奥行きを現場で加工することができるものである。つま
り窓枠12とはめ込み部7との調整代は横片25とカウンタ
ー10との調整代より大きため、カウンター10自体も現場
加工できるようにしてある。なお支持部材6の下方にお
いて出窓本体1の前部枠体2の前下枠部3と後部枠体4
の後下枠部5との間に底板27を架設してある。図中28は
出窓本体1に屋根部であり、29は壁体であり、この壁体
29にはガラスのような透明部が設けてある。なお、前下

はめ込むので、出窓本体の取り付けに当たっての位置決
めが簡単にできるものであり、加えるに上記窓枠は、後
部枠体のはめ込み部にはめ込まれるものであるために、
該はめ込み深さ(重合長さ)を調節することで、壁厚が
変化してもこれに対応して室内側の開口の周辺部を窓枠
