いる。(B) Conventional technology An air filter consisting of a first air filter having a net fixed to a frame and a second air filter having a charged net and an activated carbon net integrated with each other is superposed and incorporated into an air conditioner. This is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-74719. With such a configuration, small dust and odor in the room are removed in addition to relatively large fibrous dust (wat dust) in the room, thereby improving the air cleaning ability.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a housing of an indoor unit of a separation type air conditioner, which is attached to a wall surface in a room. The housing 1 includes a body 2, an exterior cover 3 attached to the front of the body 2, and a decorative plate 5 attached to the cover 3 and having a suction port 4 on the front. Reference numeral 6 denotes a cross-flow fan accommodated in the body 2, reference numeral 7 denotes an indoor heat exchanger, and reference numeral 8 denotes a drain pan disposed below the heat exchanger.

First, relatively large fibrous dust is collected by the first filter 10. Next, in the room air from which the fibrous dust has been removed, small dust is collected by the charging filter 18 of the second filter 14, and the air is further deodorized by the deodorizing filter 19. In this case, the first
Dust in the air that has passed through the filter 10 passes through the nonwoven fabric 21 immediately before being collected by the charging filter 19. Since the nonwoven fabric 21 has been treated with an antibacterial agent, dust that has passed through the nonwoven fabric 21 can keep the mold generation rate low even after being collected by the charging filter 19. The air that has passed through the first and second filters 10 and 14 is cooled or heated by the heat exchanger 7 and blown out from the discharge port 24.

Therefore, even if dust attached to the charging filter 18 or the deodorizing filter 19 and granular activated carbon fixed to the deodorizing filter 19 fall off during use, the activated carbon is caught and received by the packaging member 20 so that it does not easily fly out of the air filter member 17. . Moreover, since the antibacterial agent is kneaded into the nonwoven fabric 21 on the charging filter 18 side, dust adhering to the charging filter 18 and dropping off from the charging filter 18 to remove the nonwoven fabrics 21 and 22 (packaging member 2)

This is because a large amount of adheres. If necessary, the nonwoven fabric 22 on the side of the deodorizing filter 19 may be subjected to antibacterial treatment.
