It relates to an annular reinforcement.

There is a disadvantage in that the weaving density of the yarn is coarse, and further, since the warp and the weft cross, the yarn for the reinforcing material is bent to increase the elongation and is also disadvantageous in that it is easy to cut.

There is a drawback that the reinforcement is weak because the lateral connection of the reinforcing material thread, that is, the locking force is weak.

Since the knitting of the course insertion knitting is performed as one repeat and the content of the reinforcing yarn is set to be 0.1 to 70%, the reinforcing yarn is completely covered with the reinforcing yarn. Moreover, since the reinforcing material thread is inserted and knitted in a straight line without bending, an annular reinforcing material excellent in strength, handling and the like and highly reliable can be obtained.
以下本発明について図例に基づいて説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the third yarn feeder, a reinforcing yarn 5 is inserted and knitted between the outer material and the linings 3 and 4, and further in the fourth yarn feeder, the reinforcing yarn 8 is inserted into the upper and lower needles 6 and 7. The knitting operation is repeated in the fifth to eighth yarn feeders, and the same knitting operation as in the first to fourth yarn feeders is repeated. Then, the fabric is cut to the required length in the course direction to obtain an annular reinforcing material.
