2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an accident occurs in a power distribution system,
When the accident section where the accident occurred in the distribution line is determined, it is registered in the computer at that time as the accident subject (each distribution line is treated as one subject). Subsequently, the computer charges the healthy sections on the power supply side and the load side (the healthy section is a section in which a power failure occurs due to an accident other than the own section) by the automatic interchange processing. After the restoration work of the accident section is completed, the power transmission operation to the accident section is performed according to the operator's instruction, and after all the distribution lines have been transmitted, the switchback operation for making the distribution lines into the standard system is performed. As described above, each distribution line transitions to various processing states in the processing process. The conventional method of notifying the operator of this series of changes in processing status is to display the `` accident power failure subject list '' screen that displays a list of the currently occurring accident subjects, their occurrence times, the number of power outages, etc. On the screen, the processing status of the entire subject has been changed by performing color change during operation execution, operation completion, and unfinished operation.

"Waiting for procedure confirmation" when checking for inconsistencies in the previously created operation procedure, and "Waiting for button press" when waiting for the button to instruct execution of the operation procedure to be pressed. The message was displayed as follows. However, with such a message expression, it is difficult to understand the processing state of the computer unless one is an expert.

If the display state of the processing state of the computer is not updated during the operation of the computer, what processing state the computer is currently in, and whether or not the computer is actually performing processing. The operator is anxious. In addition, stable power supply has been established today, the probability of occurrence of an accident is low, and there is little opportunity to experience operation during an accident. Therefore, when a rare accident occurs, the operator may be confused by the phenomenon and may have to call a skilled person to operate the computer. The present invention has been made to solve the above problem, and provides a display unit that displays a processing state for each accident subject, a state transition diagram, and a guidance message regarding a more detailed processing state in each transition state. It is another object of the present invention to provide a distribution system monitoring device that can be dealt with safely without being confused if an unskilled person operates according to a message provided on a display unit in the event of a distribution system accident.

Hereinafter, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This will be described using 4, 5, and 6. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a file according to the embodiment. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state transition diagram on a message screen and a display example of a message display unit for guiding an operator. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a standard timing chart in which the distribution line breaker operates when an accident occurs in the distribution line, from the first interruption due to the accident until the accident section is detected and the sound section on the power supply side is restored. 3 shows the operation of the distribution line breaker. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing, by a skeleton, a distribution line in which an accident has occurred and a distribution line connected to the distribution line. In FIG. 3, the subject number is a number corresponding to the subject of each accident that has occurred, the block number is a number corresponding to each block in the state transition diagram,
The state number is a number corresponding to a state in which the state shown in each block of the state transition diagram is further detailed. Since the block indicates a large flow of the processing state, the block number and the state number have a one-to-many relationship.

"Recovery of healthy section on power supply side" (Fig. 44-1-3)
Fig. 55-2 or Fig. 55- shows the processing state until the electricity is restored to the healthy section on the power supply side with respect to the accident section.
This is the part 4 and indicates the processing state up to the charging state shown in FIG. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the state of the distribution line from the occurrence of the accident to the recovery. “Under restoration of a healthy section on the load side” (Fig. 44-1-4) means that after the electricity is restored on the healthy section on the power supply side for the accident section, the accommodation process is performed on the healthy section on the load side for the accident section ( This shows the processing state until the charging by the other interconnected distribution lines is completed, and shows the processing state until the charging state shown in FIG. "Waiting for accommodation instructions" (Fig. 44-1-8) refers to the state when the accommodation processing for charging by other interconnected distribution lines has been stopped, and the state from Fig. 66-1 to 6-2. Indicates that a transition cannot be made.

Except for the accident section, all healthy blackout sections are transmitted (Fig. 6
6-2) and the processing status until the accident section is restored. “During power transmission operation” (Fig. 44-1-6) means that after the restoration of the accident section by manual repair work, a procedure for performing power transmission operation to the accident section was created, and distribution was performed by executing the procedure. This shows the processing state until all the electric wires are transmitted, and shows the processing state until the charged state shown in FIG. 66-3. "Return operation in progress" (Fig. 44-1-7) means that after all the distribution lines have been transmitted, a return operation procedure for switching back to the standard system is created and executed, and the processing status until returning to the standard system To the state shown in FIG. 66-4. An open / closed state signal of a feeder breaker of a distribution system, an open / closed state signal of a divided switch for dividing a distribution line into a plurality of sections or interconnecting distribution lines, and a load current signal of each distribution line. Operate the distribution system using the preset load or the section load current signal captured online using the remote monitoring control device, and the connection information indicating how the distribution sections are connected to each other. In a power distribution system monitoring device configured to determine an accident section when an accident occurs and to perform intermittent power transmission from another distribution line to a power failure section generated according to the opening of the sectional switch, A display unit for displaying a diagram showing the transition of the recovery processing state and a message guiding the operator with respect to the recovery processing state of the selected accident, a means for recognizing the conversion of the recovery processing state, A distribution system monitoring device comprising: a transition diagram; and means for updating a message to a display suitable for a recovery processing state.
