【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、リノール酸トリグリセ
リドを高い割合で含有する油の少なくとも１種を15重量
％以下の割合で含有し得る油相と、自己乳化性組成物と
共乳化剤とから本質的に構成される、安定な、微細なか
つ均質な水中油型(O/W) エマルジョンの形の組成物及び
その種々の化粧料的又は皮膚科的用途における使用に関
する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術とその欠点】化粧料及び皮膚科の分野で使
用されるエマルジョンは、その乳化を促進するために、
ポリオキシエチル化された分子鎖をグラフトさせること
によって得られた非イオン性のかつ親水性型の表面活性
剤を一般的に含有していることは知られておる。その製
造法に起因する不純物が存在し得るため、多かれ少なか
れ刺激性であるかかる表面活性剤の使用を排除するため
に、脂肪アルコールとアルキルポリオシド(alkyl polyo
side) に基づく自己乳化性組成物(auto-emulsifiableco
mposition)を使用することが WO 出願 92/06778 号明細
書で提案されている。しかしながら、かかる自己乳化性
組成物を使用して得られるエマルジョンは完全に満足し
得るものではない。
【０００３】実際に、このエマルジョンは微細性と均質
性に欠けておりかつ特に粘稠である。更に、皮膚に適用
した場合、皮膚への浸透が困難であり、このことがこの
エマルジョンを商業的に許容されないものにしている。
【０００４】今般、驚くべきことにかつ予期しなかった
ことに、特に選択された共乳化剤とWO 出願 92/06778
号明細書に記載の自己乳化性組成物とを併用することに
より、上記したごとき欠点を排除し得ることが認められ
た。
【０００５】本発明による(O/W) エマルジョンは、実際
に、非常に安定であり、軽質であり(light) かつ均質で
あり，これらのことは、特にエマルジョンが顔面又は身
体の保護を目的とするものである場合、化粧料及び皮膚
処理剤について求められている基準に対応するものであ
る。
【０００６】従って、本発明によれば、 (a) 40％以上のリノール酸トリグリセリドを含有する植
物油の少なくとも１種を15重量％以下の割合で含有し得
る油相、 5〜40重量％； (b) 12〜22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコールの少な
くとも１種、60〜90重量％と、アルキル鎖が12〜22個の
炭素原子を有するアルキルポリオシド(alkylpolyoside)
の少なくとも１種、10〜40重量％と、0 〜5 重量％のポ
リオシド(polyoside) とからなる自己乳化性組成物、0.
5 〜5 重量％；及び (c) 14〜22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコール、14〜
22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪酸、アルキル鎖が14〜22個
の炭素原子を有するアルキルグリセリルエーテル及び式
(I): （式中、R'及びR'' は、同一でも異なってもよく、か
つ、コレステリル、ベヘニル又は2-オクチルドデシル基
を表す）の化合物から選ばれた共乳化剤の少なくとも１
種又はこれらの共乳化剤の混合物、0.5 〜 4重量％（但
し、単一の共乳化剤が存在する場合には、その重量割合
は 2％に等しいか又はそれ以下である）；を含有し、残
部が本質的に水性相からなることを特徴とする、化粧料
用又は皮膚科用(dermatologicai)組成物が提供される。
【０００７】本発明の好ましい態様のよれば、油相と自
己乳化性組成物中のアルキルポリオシドとの重量比は約
15に等しいか又はそれ以上である。
【０００８】油相を形成する油としては下記のものが挙
げられる： −パラフィン油のごとき鉱油、ワセリン油及び300 〜40
0 ℃の沸点を有する鉱油； −ペルヒドロスクアレンのごとき動物起源の油； −40％以下のリノール酸トリグリセリドを含有する植物
起源の油、例えば、アーモンド油、アボカド油、ヒマシ
油、オリーブ油、ジョジョバ油、グランドナット油(gro
undnut oil) 、ナタネ油(rapeseed oil)、ココナッツ
油、ハシバミ油(hazelnut oil)、カリテバター、パーム
油、アンズ油及びカロフィラム油； −合成油、例えば、プルセリン油、ミリスチン酸ブチ
ル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸セチル、
パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸ブチル、ステ
アリン酸ヘキサデシル、ステアリン酸イソプロピル、ス
テアリン酸オクチル、ステアリン酸イソセチル、オレイ
ン酸デシル、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、プロピレングリコー
ルジカプリレート及びラノリン酸から誘導されるエステ
ル、例えば、ラノリン酸イソプロピル、ラノリン酸イソ
セチル及びイソパラフィン。
【０００９】本発明で使用し得る油としては、更に、下
記のものを挙げることができる：アセチルグリセリド、
アルコール及びポリアルコールのオクタノエート及びド
デカアノエート、例えば、グリコール及びグルセリンの
オクタノエート及びドデカアノエート、アルコール及び
ポリアルコールのリシノレエート(ricinoleate) 、例え
ば、セチルアルコールのリシノレエート、脂肪酸トリグ
リセリド、例えば、カプリル酸/ カプリン酸トリグリセ
リド、 C10− C18飽和脂肪酸トリグリセリド、揮発性又
は非揮発性シリコーン油及び弗素化油及びパー弗素化
油。
【００１０】40％以上のリノール酸トリグリセリドを含
有する植物油としては、トウモロコシ胚芽油(corn germ
oil) 、小麦胚芽油、大豆油、ヒマワリ油、ゴマ油、ナ
タネ油、メマツヨイグサ油(evening primrose oil)、サ
フラワー油脂肪酸、トケイソウ油(passion flower oil)
及びライムギ穀物油(rye grain oil) が挙げられる。WO
出願 92/06778 号明細書に記載されている自己乳化性
組成物としては、特に、Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68
”("Montanov 68") の名称で販売されている製品が挙
げられる；これは約77％のセチル/ ステアリルアルコー
ル(C16〜 C18)と約23％のセテアリールグルコシド(cete
aryl glucoside)との組合せから本質的になる。
【００１１】本発明の特定の態様によれば、アルキルポ
リオシドのアルキル基は、自己乳化性組成物中の脂肪ア
ルコールのアルキル基と同一である。
【００１２】本発明の好ましい態様によれば、油相と自
己乳化性組成物の重量比は 6〜30である。
【００１３】本発明の組成物中で使用し得る共乳化剤に
ついては、14〜22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコール
としてはステアリルアルコール、セチルアルコール及び
これらの混合物を挙げることができ、14〜22個の炭素原
子を有する脂肪酸としてはステアリン酸を挙げることが
でき、アルキル鎖が14〜22個の炭素原子を有するグリセ
リルアルキルエーテルとしてはキミルアルコール(chimy
l alcohol)及びバチルアルコール(batyl alcohol) を挙
げることができられる。
【００１４】共乳化剤として使用し得る式(I) の化合物
としては、味の素株式会社から“BLDEW CL-301”の商品
名で販売されている製品を挙げることができられる。
【００１５】本発明においては、14〜22個の炭素原子を
有する脂肪酸の群に属する共乳化剤として、天然起源の
製品、即ち、木蝋(sumac wax) を使用し得る；これは約
40％の C16脂肪酸と50％の C18脂肪酸を含有している。
【００１６】本発明の組成物は更に種々の補助剤を含有
し得る。脂肪相の補助剤としては、特に、染料、親油性
活性物質、太陽光線遮断剤(sunscreen) 、酸化防止剤及
び防腐剤が挙げられる。
【００１７】水性相の補助剤としては、特に、染料及び
防腐剤のごとき水溶性誘導体；ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム
及びグルコン酸マグネシウムのごとき活性物質；微量元
素；尿素、乳酸、ピロリドンカルボン酸及びその塩、特
にナトリウム塩のごとき生物学的誘導体；プロピレング
リコール、1,3 −ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、ポ
リグリセリン、ソルビトール及びサッカロースのごとき
ポリオール；硫酸マグネシウム及び塩化ナトリウムのご
とき塩類；サポナイト、ヘクトライト及びスメクタイト
のごとき、水中で膨潤する粘土質材料；アミノ酸；及び
水性ゲル化剤、例えば、セルロース誘導体（カルボキシ
メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロー
ス等）のごときポリサッカリド、キサンタンゴム及びイ
ナゴマメゴムのごときゴム類、スルホンケラチン(sulph
onic keratin) 、コラーゲン及びエラスチンのごとき蛋
白質、珪酸アルミニウム及び珪酸マグネシウムのごとき
珪酸塩、カルボマー(Carbomer)、グリセロール ポリア
クリレート又はポリメタクリレート及びポリアクリルア
ミドのごときアクリル酸誘導体；が挙げられる。
【００１８】本発明の組成物は精油、香料、顔料、充填
剤、ビタミン及びセラミドのごとき種々の化粧料用成分
も含有し得る。
【００１９】(O/W) エマルジョンの形の本発明の組成物
は、例えば、顔面、身体、頭皮又は毛髪用のクリームの
形、或いは、身体用又はメーキャップ落し用の乳液の形
で、種々の化粧料的及び皮膚科的用途に使用し得る。
【００２０】本発明の組成物は顔料を添加した後、特
に、ファンデーションの形でメーキャップにも使用し得
る。これらの組成物は、また、 UV-B 及び/ 又は UV-A
を添加した後、日焼け防止(sun cream) として使用する
ことができ、或いは、パンテノールのごとき鎮痛性化合
物(soothing compound) を添加した後、日焼け直しクリ
ーム(after-sun cream) 又は乳液として使用し得る。
【００２１】本発明の組成物の調製は標準的な方法に従
って行い得る；即ち、その調製は油相と乳化剤とからな
る脂肪相と、水性相への他の添加剤とを激しく攪拌しな
がら約70℃の温度で混合し、ついで補充量の水を添加
し、冷却することにより行い得る。水中油型エマルジョ
ンの形の本発明の組成物の種々の例を以下に示す。
【００２２】組成物の実施例 実施例１：皮膚保護クリーム(skin care cream) −ゴマ油 10 % −水素化ポリイソブテン 15 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 3 % −ステアリルアルコール 2 % −ステアリン酸 1 % −防腐剤 0.2 % −香料 0.1 % −水酸化ナトリウム 0.012 % −グリセリン 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたクリームは安定で、微細でかつ均質であった。
このクリームは滑らかで、よく浸透した。
【００２３】実施例２：脂肪質皮膚用の皮膚保護クリーム −シクロメチコン(cyclomrthicone) 10 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 1,5 % −ステアリルアルコール 1 % −ステアリン酸 0.5 % −防腐剤 0.2 % −水酸化ナトリウム 0.006 % −キサンタンゴム 0.2 % −プロピレングリコール 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたクリームは塗布の際、軽質でく(light) 、滑ら
かで、新鮮な(fresh)な感触があり、皮膚に良く浸透
し、脂肪質の感触を生じなかった。
【００２４】実施例３： 老化防止用液体(anti-aging fluid) −アンズ種子油 25 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 3 % −味の素株式会社から"ELDEW CL-301"の名称で 販売されている共乳化剤 2 % −オクチル メトキシシンナメート 1 % −Tayca 社から“マイクロ−チタニウム ジオキシド− MT 100T ”("Micro-titanium dioxide-MT 100T" ) の商品名で販売されている、二酸化チタンと ステアリン酸アルミニウムとの混合物 1 % −防腐剤 0.2 % −ハチミツ 1 % −水素化大豆蛋白質 0.1 % −グリセリン 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたクリームは流動性であり、非常に滑らかであり
そして良く浸透した。このクリームは良好な保護効果を
有していた。
【００２５】実施例４ 皮膚保護クリーム −シクロメチコン 10 % −ポリアクリルアミド/C13− C14ラウレス(Laureth) 7 イソパラフィンからなる混合物 0.8 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 2 % −ステアリルアルコール 1 % −ステアリン酸 0.5 % −防腐剤 0.65 % −リシン 0.025 % −エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩 0.05 % −キサンタンゴム 0.2 % −グリセリン 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたクリームは微細でかつ非常に滑らかでありそし
て良く浸透した。
【００２６】実施例５ 皮膚保護クリーム −シクロメチコン 10 % −ポリアクリルアミド/C13− C14ラウレス 7 イソパラフィンからなる混合物 0.8 % −パーフルオロポリメチルイソプロピルエーテル 0.5 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 2 % −ステアリルアルコール 1 % −ステアリン酸 0.5 % −防腐剤 0.65 % −リシン 0.025 % −エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩 0.05 % −キサンタンゴム 0.2 % −グリセリン 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたクリームは安定で、微細でかつ均質であった。
【００２７】比較例 前記実施例２の(O/W) エマルジョンと、共乳化剤を含有
していないこと以外、上記エマルジョンと同一の(O/W)
エマルジョンとについて、その安定性と微細性を比較し
た。比較用のエマルジョンは下記の組成を有していた： −シクロメチコン 10 % −Seppic社から“モンタノブ 68 ”の商品名で 販売されている自己乳化性組成物 1,5 % −防腐剤 0.2 % −水酸化ナトリウム 0.006 % −キサンタンゴム 0.2 % −プロピレングリコール 3 % −水 全体が100 % になる量 得られたエマルジョンを20℃の温度で 1時間放置した
後、エマルジョンを倍率100 倍の顕微鏡下で観察した。
【００２８】ついでエマルジョンの写真を撮影した；こ
れらの写真は写真 (A)及び写真 (B)として本明細書に添
付されている。
【００２９】図１の写真 (A)は実施例２のエマルジョン
の顕微鏡写真であり、図２の写真(B) は比較例のエマル
ジョンの顕微鏡写真である。
【００３０】写真から明らかなごとく、写真 (A)のエマ
ルジョンは写真 (B)のエマルジョンより非常に微細でか
つより均質である；写真 (B)では小球の存在が認めら
れ、これは、エマルジョンが均質性と安定性に欠けるこ
とを示している。

Claims (7)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 (a) 40％以上のリノール酸トリグリセリ
    ドを含有する植物油の少なくとも１種を15重量％以下の
    割合で含有し得る油相、5 〜40重量％； (b) 12〜22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコールの少な
    くとも１種、60〜90重量％と、アルキル鎖が12〜22個の
    炭素原子を有するアルキルポリオシドの少なくとも１
    種、10〜40重量％と、0 〜 5重量％のポリオシドとから
    なる自己乳化性組成物、0.5 〜5 重量％；及び (c) 14〜22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコール、14〜
    22個の炭素原子を有する脂肪酸、アルキル鎖が14〜22個
    の炭素原子を有するアルキルグリセリルエーテル及び式
    (I): （式中、R'及びR'' は、同一でも異なってもよく、か
    つ、コレステリル、ベヘニル又は2-オクチルドデシル基
    を表す）の化合物から選ばれた共乳化剤の少なくとも１
    種又はこれらの共乳化剤の混合物、0.5 〜 4重量％（但
    し、単一の共乳化剤が存在する場合には、その重量割合
    は 2％に等しいか又はそれ以下である）；を含有し、残
    部が本質的に水性相からなることを特徴とする、化粧料
    用又は皮膚科用組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 油相と自己乳化性組成物中のアルキルポ
    リオシドとの重量比は約15に等しいか又はそれ以上であ
    る、請求項１に記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 自己乳化性組成物中の12〜22個の炭素原
    子を有する脂肪アルコールはセチル/ ステアリルアルコ
    ール(C16〜 C18) であり、アルキルポリオシドはセテア
    リールグルコシドである、請求項２に記載の組成物。

    オール、塩類、水性媒体中で膨潤する粘土質材料、アミ
    ノ酸及び水性ゲル化剤から選ばれた補助剤を更に含有す
    る、請求項１〜５のいずれかに記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 精油、香料、顔料、充填剤、ビタミン及
    びセラミドから選ばれた活性物質を更に含有する、請求
