行う。従ってこの集積包装ではフイルム1の縦方向をホ
ットメルト接着剤で固定してカン3を覆い、加熱してフ
イルム1を収縮させるものである。この際段ボールトレ
イ2の短手方向両側に接している半溶融状態のフイルム
1の端部をロールなどで押圧して段ボールトレイ2の側
面に圧着させる。

0分の範囲から外れる場合はフイルム加工性が悪く、又
密度0.950g/cm3を越える場合は低温収縮性が悪くなる。
A層のLDPEのMIが4g/10分未満の場合は段ボールトレイ
との接着性が悪くなり、10g/10分を越えると生産性が悪
くなる。又前記LDPEの密度が0.935g/cm3を越える場合段
ボールトレイとの接着性が悪くなる。B層のLDPEのMIが
0.1g/10分未満の場合は成形力が悪くなり、3.9g/10分を
越えると結束力が低下する。密度が0.950g/cm3を越える
場合は低温収縮性、透明性が悪くなる。又フイルムの縦
及び横の収縮率が前記範囲外の場合は仕上りが悪くな
る。特に横方向の収縮率が10%を越えると横方向の収縮
が大きくなりフイルムが段ボールトレイの側面からはず
れ密封性が悪くなる。A層とB層の厚み構成比に於てA
層が前記範囲より薄い場合は接着力が小さくなり、又厚
い場合はコストが高くなり、結束力が低下する。
