When this mall-shaped weft is densely driven into the warp of a loom loom such as a rapier room, a predetermined pattern or design is reproduced on both sides of the fabric, and a thick and flexible rewoven fabric is woven. It is like this.

There is a problem that productivity is extremely poor because it takes time and labor. In addition, as described above, the weft alignment is one by one while holding both ends of the mall-shaped weft by hand and moving it to the left and right. It requires skill depending on the operator's feeling and experience, and the operator's fatigue is also great. There was also a problem.

There is also a problem that it cannot be put to practical use because it does not have elasticity and length, and if it is continuously rewoven, the pattern will collapse and it will not be a commercial product at all. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and enables the weaving by a loom without breaking the predetermined pattern or design, improving the productivity and producing a uniform high-quality rewoven fabric. Different diameter portions are provided at predetermined positions at substantially constant intervals, the different diameter portions are detected by a sensor, and a different diameter portion detection signal is output, and this different diameter portion detection signal and a rotary encoder that is interlocked with the weft feed roller are used. When measuring the length between different diameter parts and pulling one end of the weft into the opening of the warp that holds the tip of the weft with the grip,
The weft is accurately woven by moving the yarn release position of the gripping part that grips the weft to an appropriate position and weaving it in tandem with the difference between the value measured by the controller It is characterized in that it is adapted to the handle position.

Of the measuring part which detects the different diameter part of the measuring part and measures the distance between different diameter parts, and the gripping part which grips the weft in conjunction with the difference between the measured distance value between the different diameter parts of the measuring part and the weave width of the fabric. The measuring unit is equipped with a control device for controlling the movement of the yarn releasing position to an appropriate position, and the measuring unit is driven by a light transmitting tube through which the weft passes, a different diameter portion detecting unit provided in the light transmitting tube, and a pulse motor. The present invention is also characterized in that at least a pair of weft supply rollers and a rotary encoder interlocking with the rollers are configured to measure the interval between the different diameter portion and the next different diameter portion given to the reweaving weft yarn.

After the above calculation is completed, as shown in FIG. 9, the weft 1 is fed into the yarn storage section 20 by S from the state shown in FIG. 8, the rotation of the rollers 9 and 10 is stopped, and the weft 1 is held, and The position of the weft release cam 25 is moved by T1 and then stopped. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, when the rapier 23 operates from the state of FIG. 9 and the weft 1 of the L1 portion is woven,
The midpoint G1 of the weft 1 and the midpoint G0 of the weft 1 woven in the previous step match.

After being sensed by the sensor 3, it is used as data when calculating how much extra should be sent. After that, by repeating this operation continuously, the interval between the reference positions, that is, the different diameter portions 2.2 of the weft 1
Even if there is considerable variation in the intervals, the variations can be equally distributed to the left and right, so that the patterns can be accurately matched.

Since the re-woven cloth is woven while changing it, optimum pattern matching can be achieved even if the length of each weft yarn for pattern construction is different.

Since the peripheral surface is rubbed, it is possible to prevent malfunctions of the sensor due to dust and foreign matter adhering to the peripheral surface, and it is possible to always perform accurate alignment.

When positioning a weft thread in reweaving, the weft thread is previously provided with different diameter portions at predetermined positions at substantially regular intervals corresponding to the weave width and the handle, and the different diameter portion is detected by a sensor. A different diameter portion detection signal is output, and the length of the different diameter portion is measured by this different diameter portion detection signal and a rotary encoder that works in conjunction with the weft feed roller. When pulling it into the opening of the warp that is gripped and opened, the thread release position of the gripping part that grips the weft is adjusted to an appropriate value by interlocking with the difference between the value measured by the different diameter part detection part by the control device and the weave width of the fabric. A weft pattern matching method for reweaving, wherein the weft is accurately aligned with the pattern position by moving it to a position and weaving it.
