りすると、下部電極1上の台材2の上に搬送する際に引
っかかるものである。この為、引っかからないように予
めブラシ保持位置と台材2とにギャップGを設けて搬送
していた。しかし、その後溶接する際、前記ギャップG
がある為、第9図に示す如く加圧時にブラシ3、特に板
厚の厚いブラシ3はギャップGによる傾きを吸収しきれ
ず変形したり、精度良く溶接できず、従って溶接強度が
不安定となりマイクロモータ組込使用時トラブルが発生
していた。

両電極間にブラシを搬入停止したブラシ保持移送用治具
を上部電極の下降により弾性的に押圧する押圧治具を固
設したことを特徴とするものである。

下降する押圧治具によりブラシ保持移送用治具が弾性体
に抗して押圧されて下降し、ブラシと台材とのギャップ
が無くなり、ブラシが台材の高さと平行な状態で上下両
電極の加圧通電により台材に溶接される結果、ブラシは
変形することなく精度良く安定して台材に溶接されて溶
接強度が高く品質良好なマイクロモータ用ブラシが得ら
れる。

ラシ保持移送用治具4′の治具本体4′aにクランプし
且つ、下部電極1上に載置された幅2mm、長さ6mm、厚さ
0.4mmの黄銅より成る台材2の上面とブラシ3の保持部
との間に上下方向のギャップGを設けるように治具本体
4′aを上昇させておいた。次に第5図に示す如くブラ
シ保持移送用治具4′を水平移動して上下両電極5、1
間に側方からブラシ3を搬入し、下部電極1上に移送載
置された台材2の上方に位置させた。次いで第6図に示
す如く上部電極5を下降すると、該上部電極5と共に押
圧治具6の押しピン6cが下降し、ブラシ保持移送用治具
4′の治具本体4′aがスプリング4′cに抗して押圧
されて下降し、ブラシ3の保持部と台材2の上面とのギ
ャップGが無くなり、ブラシ3が台材2の高さと平行な
状態で上下両電極5、1の加圧通電により台材2に溶接
された。従って、ブラシ3は変形することなく精度良く
安定して台材2に溶接されて、溶接強度が高く品質良好

無くなり、ブラシが台材の高さと平行な状態で上下両電
極の加圧通電により台材に溶接されるので、ブラシは変
形することなく、精度良く安定して台材に溶接されて、
溶接強度が高く、品質良好なマイクロモータ用ブラシ得
られるという優れた効果がある。
