Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
(1)産業上の利用分野
この発明は、建築用パネルの目地ジョイナーの連結方
法に関するものである。
(2)従来の技術
建築用パネルの目地ジョイナーの従来の連結方法を第
2図を参考に説明すれば、以下のようであった。
イ.第2図(a)
連結しようとする目地ジョイナーの一方の端部の天井
化粧部の両端部及び差込み部を一部切り欠き、他の一方
の切り口へ差し込む。
ロ.第2図(b)
連結しようとする目地ジョイナーの各々の端部どうし
を単に突き付ける。
(3)発明が解決しようとする問題点
上述の方法には、各々以下の問題点があった。すなわ
ち、
イ.切り欠き作業は熟練を要し、切り欠き時のバリが残
ると、他の一方に差込みずらくなるし、切り欠き部の大
きさを左右均一にしないと連結部に、隙間が生じ、美観
を損ねることになる。
ロ.ジョイナーどうしの連結部に隙間や高低段差、左右
ずれがあると、非常に美観を損ねてしまうので、作業は
慎重になり、その効率は低下する。
(4)問題点を解決する為の手段
本発明者は、上記のような欠点を解決するため、第1
図のように、該ジョイナーの化粧表面と同色の化粧面を
有した連結用の切片の両端を、連結しようとする二本の
目地ジョイナーの、対面させた各々の切り口の天井化粧
部とその両端か内方に屈曲した水平部の隙間に差し込む
ことによって目地ジョイナーを連結する方法を提案する
ものである。
(5)作用
第1図を参照し、本発明による目地ジョイナーの連結
方法、その作用を説明する。1及び2は目地ジョイナー
本体である。
化粧面を有した連結用の切片を、長さ方向に半分付近
まで、本体1の切り口の天井化粧部とその両端から内方
に屈曲した水平部の隙間に差込み、次に本体2に同様に
差し込む。
そして、該ジョイナー1、2間の隙間が最小限になる
ように目地ジョイナー同士を連結する。このとき差し込
まれた切片は、その作用として、1及び2の内にありそ
れぞれの上下方向の段差、左右方向のずれを防止してい
る。
(6)実 施 例
この発明の実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
第3図(a)は連結作業にはいる前の壁面の状態を示し
たもので、4は雌型溝を有し、本体と嵌合して本体の脱
落を防止するためのベースであり。5は金属サイディン
グである。
第3図(b)に示すように20mm〜80mmの長さを有し真
中でへの字状に折った、本体1及び2と同色の可撓性を
有した切片を、既に固定されている本体1の切り口部分
に半分付近まで切片の長さ方向に差し込み、次に本体2
の切り口に該切片の残りの部分を差込み、その後、本体
2をベース4に差し込む。
(7)発明の効果
この発明は、次のような効果をもたらす。
イ.連結部を切片を用いて固定するために、2本のジョ
イナー間の高低段差、左右のずれを最小限に抑えること
ができる。
ロ.もし、連結部に隙間が生じても、切片がジョイナー
と同色化粧面を持っているために、バックアップの役目
を果たし、美観が保たれる。
ハ.上記のように、施工後の美観が、安定するので安心

めの天井化粧部と該パネルの接合間(固定された該ベー

ち、該差込み部は、該天井化粧部の両端縁を内方水平に
屈曲し、該天井化粧部中央付近で各々垂直に屈曲し差込
み部となるように成形した断面が概ねT字型の目地カバ
ーからなるツーピースタイプの目地ジョイナーにおい
て、目地カバーを長さ方向に二本以上連結する際、該天
井化粧部の幅寸法以下の幅と、20mm〜80mmの長さを有し
た、該目地ジョイナーと同色の可撓性を有した、概ね六
角形で長さ方向の中間で断面へ字状に屈曲した切片を、
一方のジョイナー化粧部とその両端から内方に屈曲した
水平部との間に長さ方向中間の屈曲部まで差し込み、他
の一方のジョイナーを同様に差し込んで連結する目地ジ
