〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、オンライン宛名印刷管理方法に係り、特に
配送システムに好適なオンライン宛名印刷管理方法に関
する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のオンライン宛名印刷管理方法は、特公昭54−59
32号公報に記載のように、宛名パターンを読み込んで、
そのデータを宛名印刷していた。このため、全てのデー
タを読み込んで、データを伝送するため、膨大なデータ
量となっていた。また、特開昭50−26428号公報及び特
開昭50−26430号公報には発送スケジユールを記憶する
装置が、更には実願昭58−96177号のマイクロフィルム
には固定情報と変動情報とをプリンタに出力することが
記載されている。しかし宛名札に関していえば、同一の
データ例えば会社名,発行日付,商品名等のように固定
的な情報と、日付によって変わる情報や個数等のように
その商品固有の情報とがあり、これら情報を階層に分け
て、その度、必要な情報を伝送するという点について
は、配慮されていなかつた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記従来技術は、オンライン時のデータ伝送量の増加
について配慮がされておらず、物と同一タイミングで宛
名を作成するリアルタイム性の問題があつた。
本発明の目的は、宛名印刷端末機側に、固定データ及
び使用頻度による階層分けを行なつた可変データのイメ
ージデータを持ち、可変データを必要時に伝送を行ない
オンライン時のデータ伝送量を最小限にすることにあ
る。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記目的は、宛名印刷端末機側の記憶装置で、固定イ
メージデータと、使用頻度による可変イメージデータと
の階層化を行なうとともに、変換コードを持ち、階層化
のイメージデータを変換させることにより、達成され
る。
〔作用〕
第1図により、本発明の作用について説明する。第1
図は本発明の構成図で、1は制御装置、2は記憶装置、
3は宛名印刷端末機、4は記憶装置、5はコンベアであ
る。1の制御装置は、宛名印刷端末機の制御を行う。2
の記憶装置には、宛名印刷のスケジユールおよび、使用
頻度に応じた可変情報が記憶されている。3の宛名印刷
端末機は、1の制御装置よりデータを受信して、宛名を
印刷する。4の記憶装置には、宛名の固定情報のイメー
ジデータと変換テーブルと階層化した可変情報のイメー
ジデータとが記憶されている。ここで固定情報とは、レ
イアウト情報,外字フオント等であり、可変情報とは、
使用頻度によつて階層化されたもので、例えば、レベル
1では、会社名,日付等、レベル2では積込みトラツ
ク、商品名等、等、レベル3では降ろし店名、個数情報
などである。

ベアを流れ3の宛名印刷端末機の所で宛名が付けられる
状態になる。最初の伝送時には、全ての情報を伝送しな
ければならないが、2回目以降は、変化した情報だけで
よく、オンラインのデータ伝送量が最小限に抑えること
になるためオンラインリアルタイムに円滑な宛名印刷が
できる。
〔実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を第2図により説明する。第
2図は、新開製作におけるオンライン宛名印刷管理装置
である。1は制御装置、2は制御装置側の記憶装置、3
は宛名印刷端末機、4は端末機側の記憶装置、5はコン
ベア、6は輪転機、7は新聞束、8は新聞束に添付した
宛名札である。
1の制御装置が3の宛名印刷端末機の管理を行い、2
の記憶装置には宛名札の構成情報が、使用頻度により階
層別に分類されている。宛名札の構成情報としては、社
名,日付,コース,バーコード,店名,降ろし場所名,
部数,個数などがある。3の宛名印刷端末機は、物の作
成タイミングに合わせて宛名札の印刷を行う。4の宛名
印刷端末機側の記憶装置には、固定情報として、レイア
ウト情報,外字フオント,コード(名称対応表など)を
持ち、可変情報としては、2つの記憶装置と同一内容の
イメージデータを持っている。6の輪転機より新聞の印
刷開始情報が1の制御装置に入り、2つの記憶装置のス
ケジユールに従がい宛名の情報を送信する。最初は全て
の情報を送信するが、店名,降ろし場所名,部数,個数
が変わった時点、積み込むトラックが入った時点、版帯
が変わった時点で、それぞれ必要な情報を3の宛名印刷
端末機へ伝送する。3の宛名印刷端末機は、その情報を
受け取り、4の記憶装置より、必要な情報のイメージデ
ータを受けて、オンラインリアルタイムに、宛名印刷を
行う。新聞束は、5のコンベアを通り、部数,個数とし
て商品(新聞束)として作成される。3の宛名印刷端末
機で8の宛名札を作成し、7の新聞束(商品)につけ
る。
本実施例によれば、オンライン時のデータ伝送量を最
小限におさえられ、新聞の部数をリアルタイムに管理で
きる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、オンラインのデータ伝送量が最小限
になり、伝送ネツクの解決が出来また、イメージデータ
を端末側に持つた修正等の管理が容易に出来るので、オ
