表面材1は、アルミ、鋼等の金属製の薄い平板であっ
て、曲げ加工、エンボス加工等によって表面に図2に示
すように凹凸3による任意の模様2を形成した後に、塗
装を施したものである。表面に形成する凹凸模様2は、
図1に示すように平滑面6を挟んで上下に凹凸模様2を
形成しているが、全面に凹凸模様2を形成したもの、凹
凸3の深さを変えたもの、また直線状の凹凸の代りに曲
線状の凹凸に形成したもの等、種々の模様を任意に形成
することができるものである。コア4は、表面材1と裏
面材5との間に挟着されるもので、アルミ、紙等の薄板
でハニカム構造に構成されていて、その上面を表面材1
の裏面の凹凸模様部分を含む全面にわたって均一に接着
し、また下面を裏面材5の表面と接着して、表面材1に
発生するエンボス加工による歪を、ハニカムコア4によ
り表面材1と裏面材5とを強固に架橋することによって
阻止するようになっている。図3は、本発明の実施例で
あるカーテンウォール用パネルの積層状態を示したもの
で、これを圧接して製造するもので、エンボス加工を施
した表面材1とコア4との間にエポキシ系の接着剤7を
介在させ、またコア4と裏面材5との間に同じくエポキ
シ系の接着剤8を介在させて、ホットプレスにより上下
から加熱押圧して、図2に示すようにコア4の上面を、
表面材1に形成した凹凸模様2に沿うように変形させ
て、表面材1の裏面に沿って接着させ、またコア4の下
面を裏面材5の表面と接着させる。そしてコールドプレ
スにより仕上げを行って歪の発生しないカーテンウォー
ル用パネルを完成する。
