ること、及び、ラップドVベルトの表面に未加硫のゴム
シートを被覆し、更に背面側を除く表面に未加硫ゴム糊
引き又は未加硫ゴム糊付け帆布を被覆し、背面側に所定
ピッチで未加硫ゴムからなる山状の隆起片群を取りつけ
た後、またラップドVベルトの表面に未加硫ゴム糊引き
又は未加硫ゴム糊付け帆布を被覆し、背面側に所定ピッ
チで未加硫ゴムからなる山状の隆起片群を取りつけた後
に加硫することを特徴としており、ベルト本体と山状の
隆起片が製造工程において未加硫のゴム同志が接触し加
硫され接着されるので、その界面での架橋により極めて
強度の高い接着力が得られる。よって、高負荷の用途に
使用しても山状の隆起片がベルト本体から離脱してしま
