Description of the Related Art As a water-permeable grating of this type, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-36581, an upper surface of the grating portion of a grating body composed of a grating portion and an outer frame surrounding the periphery thereof. There is a case in which a concave portion is formed, and the concave portion is filled with a ceramic particle which is porously bound by a binder to form a water permeable material layer (water passing portion). The water-permeable material layer is formed for preventing slippage and coloring decoration while ensuring the permeability of rainwater and the like.

In particular, the water-permeable material layer vibrated under the load of an automobile or the like passing over the layer, so that the layer penetrated into the edge of the lattice portion and was easily broken, and was easily peeled off due to the slip of the automobile tire and the like.

By filling, a trial was made of a zinc-plated water-permeable grating. According to this, the function of preventing the water-permeable material layer from being cracked or peeled as described above can be improved, and the corrosion resistance can be improved by galvanizing, but it has been found that the following problems occur.

れの原因にもなる。(1) Distortion occurs when a punched steel sheet is spot-welded to a grating body, and a portion having a large expansion strain is broken by spot welding due to a temperature difference between a thin punched steel sheet and the grating body during hot-dip galvanizing. And partially floated by about 3 to 5 mm. In this case, the thickness of the filled permeable material layer becomes uneven, the thickness of the floating portion is reduced, and the load from above is concentrated on the distorted portion, and the permeable material layer of that portion is cracked. Or Such distortion can be eliminated by increasing the thickness of the punched steel sheet, but this increases the weight of the entire grating and makes it difficult to lay the grating. (2) When rainwater or the like passes through the water holes of the punched steel plate (bottom plate portion), zinc in the plating layer of the punched steel plate is corroded at an early stage. Lowers the adhesive strength and causes peeling over time.

An upper open frame is formed by laying and fixing a hard resin bottom plate provided with a large number of water holes on the upper surface of the lattice portion, and forming an upwardly open concave portion. The kneaded resin binder is filled into a water-permeable state having a space to form a water-permeable material layer.

And the water-permeable material layer is less likely to crack. The resin bottom plate has a strong adhesive strength between the water permeable material layer and the resin binder, so that the water permeable material layer does not easily peel off, and the bottom plate itself is light in weight and does not significantly increase the weight of the entire grating.

Also, since it is lightweight and easy to handle, such a fixing operation can be performed more easily than the above-mentioned operation of spot welding a thin punched steel plate.

The hole diameter of the water passage hole 7 is 3 mm, and the pitch of the water passage hole 7 is 7 mm. This bottom plate portion 8 is laid on the upper surface of the lattice portion 4.
At this time, a binding band 10 made of resin is prepared, and the binding band 10 is passed through a water passage hole 7 at an appropriate position, and the crossbar 4b is formed.
Alternatively, it is preferable that the bottom plate portion 8 is integrally fixed to the upper surface of the lattice portion 4 in close contact with the main bar 4a. The binding band 10 is, as shown in FIG.
Non-slip irregularities 12 are arranged in a row on one surface of the band main body 11, and a through portion 13 is integrally formed at one longitudinal end of the band main body 11. The through portion 13 has a through hole 14 through which the other end in the longitudinal direction of the band body 11 can pass, and a retaining claw 15 that engages with the unevenness 12 is provided in the through hole 14. When the binding band 10 is housed so that the through portion 13 is on the concave portion 9 side to form a resin binder contained in the water permeable material layer 2 described later or the adhesive layer 3, the adhesive layer 3 forms the through portion 13. Is preferable in that the loosening of the band body 11 can be reliably prevented.

An adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 8 in the concave portion 9 of the grating main body 1 and dried to form the adhesive layer 3. The adhesive layer 3 may be formed not only on the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 8 but also on the inner surface of both the end plate 6a and the side plate 6b of the upper outer frame 6 or any one of them. The thickness of the adhesive layer 3 is about 20 to 100 μm. With such a thickness, the adhesive layer 3 is formed along the inner periphery of the water passage hole 7 (about 3 mm in diameter) in the bottom plate portion 8, and even if the diameter of the water passage hole 7 is reduced, the water passage hole 7 is formed. There is no such thing as blocking up. As the adhesive, a one-component urethane resin-based adhesive may be used, and in addition, a polyester resin-based, epoxy resin-based, or rubber-based adhesive may be used. The adhesive may contain a rust-preventive pigment such as strontium chromate.

Examples of the aggregate and the resin binder include, for example, pulverized colored glass particles (particle diameter: about 2 to 10 mm) in a weight ratio of 20 to 70.
Gravel that becomes an aggregate in the percentage of (% of the same size as colored glass)
By using a mixture obtained by adding and mixing an epoxy resin as a binder at a weight ratio of 6 to 12%, a water-permeable material layer 2 having coloring and excellent strength can be obtained. By the way, if colored glass particles are used, not only can various colors and patterns be formed, but also they do not fade even after a long period of time. These colored glass particles are
When used alone, it has sharp edges and is dangerous when it falls. Therefore, the pulverized material is kneaded with sand and steel particles, and the glass particles having sharp corners are granulated and used. When the weight ratio of the glass particles is less than 20%, the coloring effect is hardly obtained, and when the weight ratio exceeds 70%, the glass particles are weak against impact, which causes a problem in strength. When the weight ratio of the binder is 6% or less, the bonding strength becomes weak, and when it exceeds 12%, the gap between the aggregates is filled and the water permeability is lost. In addition, as the aggregate, only gravel may be used, and crushed rubber chips, ceramic particles, and the like can also be used. As the resin binder, a urethane-based resin, a polyester-based resin, a rubber-based resin, or the like may be used according to the material of the aggregate.

Further, in the grating main body 1, the constituent member of the concave portion 9 and the lattice portion 4 may be manufactured as separate members, and then both may be integrally connected. The hole shape of the water passage hole 7 of the bottom plate portion 8 may be an elongated hole or a polygonal hole other than the round hole. When fixing the bottom plate portion 8 made of hard resin on the lattice portion 4 of the grating main body 1, instead of using the binding band 10, a fastening member such as a wire or a string may be used.

It can be uniformly applied over the entire surface of the lattice portion, which is extremely advantageous in preventing cracks in the water-permeable material layer. Further, since the resin bottom plate can increase the adhesive strength of the water-permeable material layer to the resin binder, the effect of preventing the water-permeable material layer from peeling can be further enhanced. In addition, the resin bottom plate is lightweight and does not significantly increase the weight of the entire grating, and can be connected to the grid with a binding band, wire, string, etc. Work can be performed more easily, and workability can be improved.
