The thickness of the electrode 21a of the printed circuit board 20 is about 15 μm to 40 μm while the thickness of a is about 0.01 μm to 0.1 μm.

In this case, since the thickness of the electrode 21a is large, a large amount of the insulating adhesive 33 is used to compensate for a large step between the electrode 21a and the base surface.
Is required, while the connecting portion 1 of the liquid crystal display element 110 is required.
11, the thickness of the electrode 111a is small,
The step between a and the base surface is small, and only a small amount of the insulating adhesive 33 is required.

Connection part 111 of liquid crystal display element 110
In the above, the extra insulating adhesive 33 becomes conductive adhesive 32
There is a problem that the electric connection protrudes to the side and the electrical connection becomes unstable.

If the thickness is determined according to the thickness of 111a, the connecting portion 111 of the liquid crystal display element 110
It is theoretically possible to supply an appropriate amount of the insulating adhesive 33 to both the connection portions 21 of the printed circuit board 20.

The liquid flows into the holes formed between the electrodes of the connection portion, and is adjusted to an appropriate amount necessary for bonding. In addition, in the case of a configuration in which a long hole is formed between the electrodes, or a configuration in which a plurality of holes are formed, an excess insulating adhesive flows into the hole smoothly, thereby providing more effective insulation. The amount of the conductive adhesive can be adjusted.
