【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、橋梁の架設あるいは、構築物のための仮設
備において、構造部材に仮設用の補強リブを取り付け、
解体時にこれを容易に除去でき、かつ、構造部材の母材
に損傷を与えることなく除去できるようにするための経
済的な構造部材に対する仮設用リブ補強方法に関するも
のである。

り補強リブを除去する際に母材を削り込むこともあり、
この場合は、その母材の欠損部を溶接による肉盛りで埋
めなければならないから、その肉盛り時の再加熱によっ
て熱影響の増大をもたらす。また、被溶接構造部材が納
入製品である場合は、母材表面をグラインデング等によ
って面一に仕上げる作業が必要となるから非常に手数が
かかるという問題点があった。

(作 用) 上述のように本発明においては、H型、I型、溝型等
の構造部材の溝内に挿入固着して補強材とする仮設用リ

の面積を有する板状部材をリブと一体的に設け、このリ
ブを構造用接着剤により構造部材に接着するようにした
から、従来のリブを溶接する方法と比較して、リブの取
り付けがきわめて容易、かつ安全に施工できるようにな
る。

接着剤は、常温(約25℃)時の強度に対して所定の温度

所定の温度まで加熱すればリブの除去作業が非常に容易
になる。

する方法と比較して、リブ2の取り付けがきわめて容
易、かつ安全に施工できるようになる。
