る片面に網布を重ねた材1をひだ付け加工して菊花形
筒状になし、その内外に多孔のチユーブ2a,2bを嵌挿
し、その上端には盲状端板3をかぶせる一方、下端には
処理流体の出口孔4cを有する筒部4aと円板部4bからなる
脚付き皿状の端板4を施し、それらの突き合せ部を融着
して一体化し、下側端板4の中央筒部4aの外周に複数の
環状みぞ4dを設け、各みぞ4dにシールリング5を埋設
し、出口孔4cにはステンレス鋼などの金属リング6を嵌
挿して、下側端板4の筒部4aを流体出入用のアダプタA
に装着した際のシールリング5の圧縮変形ならびに蒸気
滅菌、熱水滅菌を行う際の温度の影響による筒部4aのゆ
がみに基づく流体漏れを防ぐようにしている。

になり、その圧力で溶融樹脂が図示のように金属リング
6の埋設部に入り込んで中央筒部4aの内外面にふくらみ

たので、金属リングの上部を樹脂で包む二次成形時に溶
融樹脂の射出圧力を金属リングに直接かけることなく分
散することができ、樹脂のリング埋設部への入り込みと
中央筒部のふくらみを確実に防ぐことができ、しかも、
溶融樹脂は湾曲すそ野部を介して凹所に入るので、樹脂
流れが良く充填作業が円滑になるなどの効果を有する。
