Therefore, in this slide, the apparent sliding friction of the sliding surface is significantly smaller than that of the conventional slide in which the sliding surface is formed of a plate material, and frictional heat is generated by sliding friction with the sliding surface when descending. And there is almost no risk of wear of clothes.

It is not only used as a playground equipment for infants like a slide but also widely used for leisure and sports.

ことヽなる。Since the left and right handrails 11 are firmly formed at predetermined intervals in advance, to attach the rollers 14 thereto, first place the rollers 14 between the respective mounting holes 12 of the handrail 11, and then A method is adopted in which the support shaft 13 is inserted therethrough and bolted. Therefore, it is necessary to make the inner diameter of the mounting hole 12 slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 13, so that a small amount of asobi occurs between the mounting hole 12 and the support shaft 13. .

The bush is made so that it does not collide with the inner peripheral surface of the hole. In particular, the bush is made of a material such as hard nylon or hard synthetic rubber that has excellent weather resistance and impact resistance, and is slightly deformed by extremely strong compressive force. When the thickness is more than the distance between the mounting hole and the spindle
0.1-1.0mm large cylinder and formed so as to be able to slightly change the apparent diameter by making a cut in at least one place, one of which is previously fitted to the neck of the spindle Then, fit the other one into the mounting hole of the handrail on one side,
The support shaft is attached to the handrail by inserting the support shaft from a mounting hole of the handrail on the other side.

That is, the handrail 1 constitutes both sides of the runway, is a mounting frame for the roller 4 and is a safety shelf for preventing falling off of the sliding down, such as an iron pipe or an aluminum cast product. On the other hand, the mounting holes 2 are through holes for mounting the support shaft 3 and are formed at intervals slightly larger than the outer diameter of the roller 4.

Since the weight is applied to the support shaft 3, it is a rigid material such as hard nylon or hard synthetic rubber, has excellent weather resistance and impact resistance, and is slightly deformed by an extremely strong pressing force when the support shaft 3 is mounted. It is formed by using a material that can be used.

It is formed about mm larger. A cut 9 is formed in at least one place in the fitting portion 7, and when the portion of the cut 9 is opened and closed, an apparent warp dimension changes, and the inner warp of the mounting hole 2 and the support shaft are changed. 3 corresponding to the external sutra.

Then, fitting the bush 6 R into the mounting hole 2 R of the right handrail 1 R, then by positioning the roller 4 between the mounting hole 2 L and the mounting hole 2 R, a shaft 3 mounting hole 2 L by inserting from which is passed through the inside of the roller 4, plugging further bush 6 R of the mounting hole 2 R. Then bush 6 L is pushed to the head 32 of the support shaft 3 is pushed together with the support shaft 3 in the mounting hole 2 L, the distal end portion of the support shaft 3 is passed inserted in simultaneously bush 6 R.

Is pressed against the outer surface of the support shaft 3, so that there is no play between the support shaft 3 and the mounting hole 2, and the support shaft 3 is firmly fixed to the mounting hole 2.

Therefore, even if the pressure contact force with the support shaft 3 is somewhat weakened, there is an effect that the problem that the support shaft 3 rotates is suppressed.

Therefore, from this point, when the bush 6 is gradually thickened from the front end side to the rear end side, the front end portion is formed to have an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the support shaft 3 and is fitted to the support shaft 3. the so widened by the shaft 3, the rear end as is to be narrowed when fitted to the mounting hole 2 R outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2 R have been installed hole 2 R Niyotsu It is preferred that

A cylindrical bush of a relatively large size is attached, and in particular, the bush is formed in such a manner that at least one cut is made so that the apparent diameter can be slightly changed, so that a portion of the neck of the spindle is previously formed.
