合孔を穿設した側面とそれに対向する下部支柱の側面と
の間に所要の間隙を設けて上下方向に摺動自在に嵌合

隙内に延在し上向きの肩部を備えた係止手段を、前記上
部支柱の係合孔の上縁に前記肩部が係合して前記上部支
柱の下降を阻止する係止位置と、前記係合孔の下縁によ
り押されてこの係合孔から離脱する解除位置との間にお
いて回動可能として、かつ係止位置に復帰するように付
勢して支持するとともに、この係止手段を前記解除位置
に保持する解除保持手段を前記下部支柱の上端部に配設
