Description
〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、十分な強度を有するシーツ、布団カバー等
の寝装具に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 従来、第８図に示される布団カバー10、布団襟カバー
11、シーツ12、枕カバー13、さらに、第９図に示される
タオルケット14、第10図に示される車輌、船舶、航空
機、映画館、劇場等で用いられる座席カバー15等の寝装
具を紙あるいは繊維から成るシートで構成しようと試み
られたことがある。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 しかし、上述の従来例は使い捨て用に紙等で構成する
ため、強度が弱く実用上問題点があった。 そこで、本発明は上述の問題点を解決するために提案
されたもので、使い捨て用に構成しても十分な強度を有

前記シート間に設けられ、圧着部に沿って配置されてい
る複数の横糸と、前記シート間に設けられ、圧着部で横
糸と直交する縦糸とを備えることを特徴とする寝装具に
ある。 〔作用〕 本発明によれば、平行する複数の直線状の圧着部が、
夫々位置的に対応して形成されている紙製の二枚のシー
トと、前記シート間に設けられ、圧着部に沿って配置さ
れている複数の横糸と、前記シート間に設けられ、圧着
部で横糸と直交する縦糸とを備えるために、肌触り、汗
の吸収及び保温性が良く、床ずれを防止する上に、紙等
で構成して使い捨て用としても十分な強度を有する。 〔実施例〕 以下、本発明を図面を参照してその実施例に基づいて
説明する。 第１図は本発明を構成するシートの部分断面を含む平
面図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ矢視図、第３図は第１図
のＢ−Ｂ矢視図である。 さらに、第４図は第２図の拡大図、第５図は第３図の
拡大図で、本実施例は重ね合わされた複数枚の紙から成
るシート１間に、縦糸2a,これと交差する横糸2bが、夫
々ほぼ平行に複数本設けられる。 本実施例では、寝装具は、二枚のシートと、該シート
間に、夫々複数設けられている縦糸2aと横糸2bとから成
る。 横糸2bは圧着部４で圧着される。 シート１が縮むことにより、シート１の縦糸2aと横糸
2b間の領域には、しわ３が形成される。 しわ３は、クションとなり、肌触りも良くなり、汗も
良く吸収する。さらに、保温性も良く床ずれも防止され
る。 さらに、第６図に示される本発明の寝装具を構成する
他のシート１のように、シート１の両面あるいは片面に
合成繊維等から成るシート５を張っても良い。 さらに、第７図に示される本発明を構成する他のシー
ト１のように、シート１の糸2a,2bは直線上ではなく曲
線状に設けても良く、その形状は特に限定されない。 さらに、上述のすべての実施例においてシート１は、
リン酸アンモニア系化合物、窒素系化合物、あるいは、
硫黄系化合物のいずれかの成分が含浸される。 これらの成分は、例えば、有機リン高分子、有機重合
リン化合物、縮合リン酸エステル、有機リン酸化合物、
無機リン酸化合物、有機窒素含有硫黄化合物、有機窒素
含有リン化合物、リン硼素化合物、リン窒素化合物等が
用いられる。 また、シート１にリン酸アンモニア系化合物、窒素系
化合物、あるいは、硫黄系化合物のいずれかの成分を含
浸し、さらに、パラフィン系ワックスを被覆しても良
い。 このパラフィン系ワックスにより防水性を有する。さ
らに、香料等を含浸させても良い。 また、シート１に色彩を施しても良いことはもちろん
である。 なお、本発明は、寝装具は第８図、第９図、第10図に
示される布団カバー10等に限定されず、例えば、図示さ
れないが寝袋、テーブルクロス等のシート１から構成さ
れる全ての寝装具を含む。 〔発明の効果〕 本発明は、以上説明したように、使い捨て用に構成し
ても十分な強度を有し、肌触りも良く、汗も良く吸収す
る。また、保温性も良く床ずれも防止されるという効果
