Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a power supply device for moving objects in various electric and electronic devices, for example, an image sensor of an electronic blackboard, and the like.
In particular, the present invention relates to an energizing device using a flat cable. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a device for supplying electricity to a moving body using a flat cable, as shown in FIG. 5, arranges a flat cable 13 along a moving path 12 of a moving body 11 and turns one end thereof. One end 13a is connected to the moving body 11. Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the flat cable 13 has low rigidity, the buckling 15 between the moving body 11 and the folded portion 14 as shown in FIG.
Therefore, there is a problem that the flat cable 13 may be involved as the moving body 11 moves. Therefore, it is conceivable that the flat cable 13 is attached to and supported by a band-shaped flat plate. However, due to the rigidity of the band-shaped flat plate, as shown in FIG. There is a problem that it becomes difficult, and there is a problem that the weight of the belt-shaped flat plate is added to the load of the moving body 11 and the motor load increases. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides an energizing device that can ensure stable running of a moving body without causing buckling of a flat cable, and that can be accommodated in a small space, and that requires a small increase in motor load. Aim. Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is to connect the moving body and the fixed side with a flat cable provided along the moving direction of the moving body and having a folded portion formed. The flat cable is sandwiched in a non-adhered state by two strip-shaped support plates formed in a curved shape in the thickness direction in the same curved surface direction. Operation Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the flat cable does not buckle, and stable traveling of the moving body can be secured. In addition, the belt-shaped support plate is free standing in a linear state except for the folded portion, and can be folded at the folded portion with a relatively small radius of curvature according to the curvature of the curved surface, and can be accommodated in a small space. Further, since the belt-shaped support plate is almost self-supporting, the increase of the motor load due to the provision thereof can be small. Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a movable body that can move along a movement path 2. Reference numeral 3 denotes a flat cable disposed along the moving path 2, one end of which is folded back, and the end 3 a thereof is connected and fixed to a connecting portion 1 a provided on the moving body 1. On the other hand, the other end of the flat cable 3 is connected to a fixed connection terminal (not shown). On both sides of the flat cable 3, a pair of band-like support plates 4a and 4b as shown in FIG. 3 are superposed in a non-adhered state, and as shown in FIG. 3 are supported. Both ends of these strip-shaped support plates 4a and 4b are fixed to the connection portion 1a of the moving body 1 and the connection terminal on the fixed side, respectively. The band-shaped support plates 4a and 4b are made of a thin plate having elasticity such as spring steel, and are shown in FIGS.
As shown in the figure, the cross-sectional shape is formed in a concave circular arc surface when viewed from the inside of the folded portion 5. In the above configuration, an electric signal from the detector disposed on the moving body 1 is input to the fixed-side main body (not shown) through the flat cable 3, or power or an electric signal is transmitted to the moving body 1 from the fixed-side main body. Supplied. When the moving body 1 moves along the moving path 2, the flat cable 3 connected to and fixed to the moving body 1 and one end sides of the band-shaped support plates 4a and 4b move together with the moving body 1,
The folded part 5 moves. that time,
The belt-shaped support plates 4a and 4b have a cross-sectional shape formed into an arcuate surface, so that the linear state is self-held at a portion parallel to the movement path 2 and does not buckle. It is possible to travel, and since the bent portion 5 is bent at a radius of curvature substantially coinciding with the radius of curvature R of the arc surface, the interval W between the flat cables 3 before and after the bent portion 5 is substantially equal to the radius of curvature R. As a result, the flat cable 3 can be arranged in a narrow space, and the space can be saved. Further, the flat cable 3 is protected by the band-shaped support plate 4a, and the flat cable 3 does not directly contact the moving path 2, so that the life is improved.
Since a and 4b are self-supporting or close to the flat cable 3 while holding the flat cable 3, and a stress acts to lift the moving body 1 side by the folded portion 5,
The flat cable 3 and the strip-shaped support plate 4a
The load 4b is hardly added, and the load on the drive motor of the moving body 1 does not increase. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the belt-shaped support plate is formed as a concave arc surface when viewed from the inside of the folded portion, but it may be an appropriate curved surface instead of the arc surface, and in some cases, the outer side may be formed. It may be formed into a concave curved surface. Effect of the Invention As described above, since the flat cable is held in the non-adhered state in the same curved surface direction by the two belt-shaped support plates formed into a curved surface in the thickness direction, the flat cable buckles. However, stable running of the moving body can be secured. In addition, the belt-shaped support plate is free standing in a linear state except at the folded portion, and can be folded at the folded portion with a relatively small radius of curvature in accordance with the curvature of the curved surface, so that the energizing device can be accommodated in a small space. Further, since the belt-like support plate is almost self-supporting, the provision of the belt-like support plate does not significantly increase the motor load, and the flat cable is protected by the belt-like support plate, so that the service life is improved, so that the life is increased. It is effective.
