2. Description of the Related Art A PSA-type medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device used for home therapy of a respiratory failure patient (hereinafter, referred to as a patient) can obtain a very dry oxygen-enriched gas (hereinafter, referred to as oxygen gas). When the patient inhales and breathes the oxygen gas directly for a long period of time, the nasal mucosa dries and complains. For this reason, in many cases, a humidifier that humidifies the oxygen gas by passing it through a container containing water is attached to the discharge port of the medical oxygen-concentrated gas supply device.

[0003] The method of connecting this humidifier to the outlet of the medical oxygen-concentrated gas supply device is as follows. The humidifier itself is hung in the air by a method of directly attaching it to a conduit means for taking out the oxygen gas obtained by the gas supply device with a fukuro nut type joint.

Each time the humidifier water is replaced or refilled, it is necessary to perform operations such as positioning, inserting, screwing, and attaching and removing the pipe. Further, the humidified oxygen gas is protruded from a lid of the humidifier, and is directly connected to a bamboo-shaped joint formed by connecting a tube for connecting a cannula or the like. For this reason, when pouring water into the humidifier, remove the screw of the humidifier by turning it,
It is necessary to refill the water and re-attach it to the medical oxygen-enriched gas supply and connect the cannula tubing.

[0005] In particular, the medical devices used by the patients are used continuously for a long period of time regardless of day or night. For example, the humidifier is removed daily at least once a day. In addition, mounting is a heavy burden on patients with weak physical strength.

[0006] In order to improve this point to some extent, there is also provided a special coupler means for connecting the pipe for introducing the oxygen gas. However, this also reduces the weight of the pipe connection and the humidifier. However, the alignment with the coupler, that is, the operation of aligning the male and female positions of the medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device and the coupler of the humidifier and pushing in and joining them becomes worse. For some older patients, this is still not enough improvement.

That is, the present invention has the following configuration. In a medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device including a generation unit that generates an oxygen-enriched gas, a humidifier that humidifies the oxygen-enriched gas, and a supply unit that provides the oxygen-enriched gas humidified by the humidifier for use, The medical oxygen-concentrated gas supply device is provided with a humidifier accommodating section having a coupling support for accommodating the humidifier and coupling with the humidifier. Two pipe connecting portions of a conduit means from the generating means and a conduit means to the supply means are provided as coupling means for performing the coupling, and the humidifier is coupled to the medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device. The connecting hole for the oxygen-enriched gas and the outlet for the humidified oxygen-enriched gas are provided as coupling means, and the shape of the humidifier and the shape of the guide of the humidifier accommodating portion are mutually set in the humidifier accommodating portion. In connection with the connection of the humidifier The means constitutes a guide which is uniquely determined at a predetermined position, and after the humidifier is mounted along the guide and positioned at a predetermined position, the connecting support is moved to move the humidifier between the two connecting means. After the pipes have been connected, a connecting and holding mechanism for holding the connected state is operated, and the connecting and holding mechanism is released by operating an opening knob to constitute a medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device. .

The oxygen-enriched gas supply system for medical use of the PSA system obtains oxygen gas from the air using an adsorbent having a difference in adsorption capacity between oxygen and nitrogen. At this time, water is also separated. Since this oxygen gas is dried, it is necessary to add a humidifier. Also, when obtaining pure oxygen gas from an oxygen cylinder or liquid oxygen, it is usually necessary to provide a humidifier.

As a specific example of the medical oxygen-enriched gas supply apparatus which is one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, one or more adsorption beds filled with an adsorbent for selectively adsorbing nitrogen gas are added to the adsorption bed. Compressor means for flowing compressed air, and conduit means for extracting oxygen gas from the adsorbent bed and flowing the gas to a discharge port.
A PSA-type medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device in which more than one adsorption bed is operated so as to repeat a pressurization-decompression cycle singly or alternately. It is desirable that any medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device has a means for adjusting the flow rate of oxygen gas to be used.

Further, according to the present invention, in a means for generating oxygen gas, particularly in a medical oxygen-concentrated gas supply device, a position is determined by placing a humidifier along a guide in an oxygen gas outflow conduit obtained as described above. Then, the connection support is moved to perform the connection. Also,
Detachment releases the connection simply by operating the release knob. Therefore, the operability of operation can be further improved by facilitating attachment and detachment of the humidifier.

1. A medical oxygen concentrator comprising a generating means for generating an oxygen-enriched gas, a humidifier for humidifying the oxygen-enriched gas, and a supply means for supplying the oxygen-enriched gas humidified by the humidifier for use. In the gas supply device, the medical oxygen-concentrated gas supply device is provided with a humidifier accommodating portion having a coupling support for accommodating the humidifier and coupling with the humidifier. A pipe connecting means for connecting the pipe to the humidifier and a pipe connecting means for connecting the pipe to the supply means, and the humidifier is connected to the medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device. The inlet for the oxygen-enriched gas and the outlet for the humidified oxygen-enriched gas are additionally provided as coupling means for coupling with the humidifier. The shapes are interrelated The connecting means of the humidifier constitutes a guide which is uniquely determined at a predetermined position, and the humidifier is mounted along the guide and positioned at a predetermined position. After the two pipes of the connecting means are connected, the connecting and holding mechanism for holding the connected state is operated, and the connection and holding are released by operating the release knob. Medical oxygen-enriched gas supply device.
