板を有する醸造機械の洗浄装置とした。 ここにいう円周方向より内側又は外側に統一とは、複
数個のノズルが円板の回転に伴って残留麹を排出口側へ
導く方角へ向いていることをいう。 次いで、多数個のノズルは、1又は複数個のノズルか
らなる複数のユニットに分割し、各ユニットの噴射を電
磁弁等の開閉により制御し、ユニット毎の運転、間欠運

ある場合も、加圧エアー又は高圧洗浄水のノズル(1)
が取付け角を変化させながら、すなわち、外周側壁
(9)側のもの(1a)は排出口(11)よりも離れた方
向、ほぼヘッダー(2)と同一方向かつヘッダー(2)
に最も近く取付けられており、ノズルが次の(1b)から
(1e)へといくに従って噴射角を鋭角になりながら、最
も内筒(8)寄りのノズル(1e)の場合では排出口(1
1)方向へ噴射するように設けられている。 以上のように噴射される加圧エアー又は高圧洗浄水の
噴射方向を統一すると、円板(7)の回転に伴って、排
出口(11)より遠いノズルから順に残留麹を排出口(1
1)側へと移動させて排出させることができる。 第3図は本発明の洗浄装置においてノズルが等間隔で
4本宛ユニット化された例の平面図であり、第4図は同
側面図である。 円板(7)の上部で円板の半径方向に設けられている
昇降可能なスクリュー(6)にはそれと平行にスクレー
パ(12)が設けられ、その近傍で円板(7)のほぼ半径
方向に多数本のノズル(1)を設けている。このノズル
(1)はノズル取付ヘッダー(2)が軸受(5)で軸支
されているため、不使用時には回動させて第4図中2点
鎖線のように後退させることができる。そのためにシリ
ンダ(4)がスクレーパ保持フレーム(10)上に設けら
れており、シリンダ(4)のロッド先端のノズル取付ヘ
ッダー(2)から突出した連結アーム(14)とを連結し
ている。この回動とスクリュー(6)の昇降によりノズ
ル(1)は円板(7)面に対して接近、離反可能とな
る。ノズル取付ヘッダー(2)にはノズル(1)が等間
隔で4本宛ユニット(13)となって取付けられており、
各ユニット(13)にはホース(3)から加圧エアー又は
高圧洗浄水が供給可能となっている。この例ではノズル
(1)が等間隔で設けられているため、各ユニット(13
