ンボス加工した導電性金属箔と、該金属箔の裏面に積層
した接着剤層とからなる電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープに関

(発明が解決しようとする課題) 前記従来技術の電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープにおいて
は、蓋または本体の端面と電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープの
金属箔との接触がエンボス加工の平坦面側によつて行わ
れるので、該接触が面接触となる。それにより、シール
ドケースの本体開口部の端面及び該開口部を閉塞する蓋
の端面の製作精度、すなわち、平坦度が悪いと、蓋を閉
じたときの圧力が集中しないので、金属箔及び導電性接
着剤層を十分に圧縮することが出来ない。その結果、電
磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープと蓋又は本体開口部端面との間
に長い隙間が出来てしまい、十分な電磁遮蔽能力を得る

て二次元的に配列された畝状小突起列が形成されてお
り、前記接着剤層は前記畝状小突起列の裏面側凹所との
間に空隙を形成するように前記導電性金属箔の裏面の平
坦面に接着されており、前記接着剤層は導電性粒子を分

果、全小突起列が蓋の端面と接触し、電磁遮蔽ガスケツ
トテープと蓋との間に形成される隙間は小突起列間長さ

蓋6を適当な固定具でシールドケース本体5に電磁遮蔽
ガスケツトテープ1を挾むようにして固定する。このと
き、第3図に示すように、蓋6と電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテ
ープ1とは電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープ1の小突起列7に
おいて接触する。この接触は線接触であるので、圧力が
小突起7とその下方の導電性接着剤層3とに集中し、こ
れらを十分に弾性変形させる。それにより、シールドケ
ース本体5の開口部端面の平坦度が悪くても蓋6と接触
した小突起列7及びその下方の導電性接着剤層3は電磁
遮蔽ガスケツトテープ1の厚さ方向に十分圧縮されるの
で、電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープ1の総ての小突起列7が
蓋6を接触することになる。その結果、電磁遮蔽ガスケ
ツトテープ1と蓋6との間に形成される隙間9は小突起
列7間の長さに対応した短い長さとなる。すなわち、電
磁遮蔽に影響する長い隙間の形成が阻止され、高い電磁

を除いた厚さが145μmの本発明による電磁遮蔽ガスケ
ツトテープと、前記した従来技術による電磁遮蔽ガスケ
ツトテープとの電磁遮蔽性能をKEC法(関西電子工業振
興センター法)によつて比較測定した結果を示してい
る。この結果から、本発明による電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテ
ープは10〜1000MHzにおいて優れた電磁遮蔽性能を有し

部品は従来技術の電磁遮蔽ガスケツトテープと同等であ
