合面4との間にロウ材5を配置し、これをステンレス鋼
製、カーボン製等の治具に形成されたロウ付け用孔内に
電気接点材3を下面もしくは上面にして配置し、これを
加熱してロウ付けを行っている。

気接点材3の周面へのはみ出し部分8は、電気接点とし
ての機能及び機器への組込み、カシメ作業等に悪影響を
与えることになる。そのため、ロウ付け後、このはみ出
し部分8を除去する作業を行う必要がある。この除去作
業は手間を要し、生産効率を低下させるばかりではな
く、ロウ付けした電気接点材3に疵を生じる場合もあ
り、製品歩留まりの低下という問題も生じる。
