【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は指ガイド付き筆記具に関
するもので、ゴルファーがゴルフをしながら、またキー
パンチャーがキーを打ちながら、事務員が伝票をめくり
ながら、或いは連続した動作の中で筆記具をはなすこと
なく簡易に筆記しうる様にしたものである。

【従来の技術】本願発明者はこのような指ガイド付き筆
記具として特開平７−２１４９８１号を提案した。これ
は図６に示すように指２を挿入するリング部１と、この
リング部１より指２に沿って延びるガイド部３と、この
ガイド部３の先端より突出する筆記部４とよりなる指輪
付き筆記具であるが．そのリング部１はガイド部３に対
し直角方向に延びている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしこの従来のもの
はそのリング部１に指２を挿入した際、リング部１が指
２に馴染まず、筆記時に指２の先の関節を曲げるとリン
グ部１が指２を圧迫し、筆記し難かった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はかかる従来のも
のを改良するもので、指２を挿入したとき第１関節と第
２関節の間に位置するリング部１と、このリング部１よ
り指２に沿って延びるガイド部３と、このガイド部３の
先端より突出する筆記部４とよりなるものに於いて、上
記リング部１はガイド部２に対し斜め後上方に延びるこ
とを特徴とする指ガイド付き筆記具である。

【作用】筆記の際、そのリング部１に指２を挿入した
際、上記リング部１はガイド部２に対し斜め後方に延び
ているので、リング部１は指２に馴染み、特に筆記時に
指２の先の関節を曲げても、リング部１は指２を強く圧
迫せず、筆記し易いものである。

【実施例】図１、図２は本発明の第１実施例を示すもの
で指を挿入するプラスチック或るいは弾性金属板よりな
るリング部１と、このリング部１より指２の内側に沿っ
て延びる指２の丸みにフィットした樋状のガイド部３
と、このガイド部３の先端より突出する筆記部４とより
なる。リング部１は切り欠き１ａを有し、ガイド部３に
対し斜め後上方に延びている。図示のものではこの角度
Ａは１３５度の鈍角であるが、１１０乃至１６０度程度
に多少の違いがあってもよい。上記筆記部４はガイド部
３の先端より突出するボールペンの芯（レフィール）で
あるが、繰り出し式の鉛筆の芯でもよい。図３は本発明
の使用状態を示す。
【０００７】図４は本発明の他の実施例の底面図を示す
もので、リング部１とガイド部３とをプラスチック，ダ
イキャストメタル等で一体成形すると共にガイド部３を
厚く中空にし、その中空部をインクタンク４ａにすると
共にその先端出口にボール筆記体４ｂを挿入したもので
ある。
【０００８】図５は本発明の更に他の実施例の底面図を
示すもので、ガイド部３の前部と後部に透孔３ａ，３ｂ
を穿設し、これらの透孔３ａ，３ｂに筆記部４の前部と
後部に設けた突起４ｃ，４ｄをスナップ嵌合するように
したものである。これによって筆記部４を交換すること
が出来る。
【０００９】本発明筆記具の使用法を説明すると、不使
用時には、筆記部４を上に向けて指に挿入し、使用時に
は、筆記部４を下に向けて人差し指に挿入する。かくし
て筆記部４を人差し指の内側と親指で摘むと、筆記部４
はガイド部３の先端とリング部１とによって指２に保持
されるので筆記部４は強固に指２に保持され、その向き
が曲がることなく、正確かつ綺麗に字、図形等を書くこ
とができ、またその際上記リング部１はガイド部２に対
し斜め後上方に延びているので、リング部１は指２に馴
染み、特に筆記時に指２の先の関節を曲げても、リング
部１は指２を強く圧迫せず、筆記し易いものである。

【発明の効果】以上のように、本発明によれば、筆記部
４はガイド部３の先端とリング部１とによって指２に保
持されるので筆記部４は強固に指２に保持され、その向
きが曲がることなく、正確かつ綺麗に字、図形等を書く
ことができ、またその際上記リング部１はガイド部２に
対し斜め後上方に延びているので、リング部１は指２に
馴染み、特に筆記時に指２の先の関節を曲げても、リン
グ部１は指２を強く圧迫せず、筆記し易いものである。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 指を挿入したとき第１関節と第２関節の
    間に位置するリング部と、このリング部より指に沿って
    延びるガイド部と、このガイド部の先端より突出する筆
    記部とよりなり、上記リング部はガイド部に対し斜め後
    上方に延びることを特徴とする指ガイド付き筆記具。
