BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cover tube for a wire bone in which the wire bone is never exposed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a tube for wrapping a bone used in a cup such as a brassiere has been processed by processing a biased material or the like into a tube.

A conventional tube using a biased material or the like has a drawback that the wire bone protrudes from a non-bag-shaped portion such as the biased material.
Fig. 7 shows a conventional tube 1 for covering a bone. An inner diameter corresponding to the bone body 2 to be used is required, and a thickness and a dimension at which the outer diameter portion is easily sewn are required. In addition, it had to be formed in a bag shape. An object of the present invention is to provide a cover tube for a wire bone that can solve the conventional problems as a double-layered outer and inner bag weave.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a tube for covering a wire bone, wherein the tube is formed in two layers, and the outer tube is formed of a coarsely woven fabric such as satin weave. The inner tube has a higher density than the outer tube, and has a higher strength than the outer tube.Both are formed as a weave, and both are formed in a suitable position. The ears are formed on both side edges of the device, and this is a means for solving the problem.

[Function] Even though the outer woven fabric is made of satin weave or the like and the texture is roughened to improve the skin contact, the inner woven fabric has higher density than the outer one and has higher strength than the outer one. Therefore, the wire bone to be inserted does not protrude from the inside of the weaving. Also, when the inner woven fabric is woven with high cutting strength fiber such as aromatic polyamide fiber, the aromatic polyamide fiber has high strength, so even if it is a thin cloth, the wire bone does not protrude. As described above, the present invention is constituted as described above. A cover tube for a wire bone, wherein the tube is formed in two layers, the outer tube is formed of a coarse-textured fabric such as satin weave to improve the skin contact, and the inner tube is formed from the outside. Using a yarn with a higher density and stronger than the outside, both are formed as woven cloth,
Further, the two tubes are formed so as to be connected to each other at an appropriate position, and ears are formed on both side edges of the outer tube. 2. The tube for covering a wire bone according to claim 1, wherein the warp yarn of the inner tube is woven with a fiber having high cutting strength such as aromatic polyamide fiber.
