の一端側に笹身肉の端に付く筋を載せる筋受け部を上記
載置凹部の上面レベルに略一致させて形成し、この筋受
け部上に載せた筋を着脱可能に押える押え片をトレイ体
の上に設け、且つ、筋きり機構は、上記トレイ体載置凹
部の一端部に対応する位置において搬送路始端へ向けて
水平に保持する平板状の突き切り刃を具備し、該突き切
り刃を載置凹部上面レベルより幾分低いレベルに合わせ
ると共に、その直上に筋の厚さ分の間隙を介して押えロ
ーラを配設し、上記突き切り刃の他端側に回転刃を垂直
に配置し、その刃先を突き切り刃のレベルに接合させて
