けてある。座板5は長円形のばか穴3の短径より大きな
径にしてあり、スペーサ部4は上記短径と同じかそれよ
り少し小さくしてある。座板5には円環状のスペーサ部
4に対して偏心させてボルト用透孔8を設けてある。ま
たスペーサ部4の高さがばか穴3の深さより低くしてあ
る。土台2の横片2a上に座板5が配置されてボルト用透
孔8にアンカーボルト1が挿通され、座板5を適宜回転
することによりスペーサ部4がばか穴3に嵌合される。
このときスペーサ部4の下端と基礎1上面との間に隙間
