2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 9 is a view showing a conventional ring burner for gas pressure welding. This structure has a structure in which an annular body (1) having an opening (1a) through which a steel material can enter and exit is provided on the inner peripheral side surface. A required number of nozzles (2) are provided at equal intervals toward the steel material. When the gas pressure welding operation is performed using the ring burner (A '), first, the joint portion of the two steel materials is uniformly heated and pressed so that a bulge is formed, and the outer peripheral surface of the steel material and the joint are formed. It is necessary to obtain a sufficient bonding strength so that the flame from the nozzle (2) uniformly hits the outer peripheral surface of the portion. For this reason, as shown in FIG.
1) It must be moved up and down in the width (heating range) of (11 '), and periodically reciprocated so as to be uniformly heated by the flame (2a) from the nozzle (2). Did not.

However, when the reciprocating movement of the ring burner (A ') is performed manually, the gas pressure welding operator manually removes the ring burner (A') from the steel material (11). , (11 ') must be reciprocated along the joint to heat the joint uniformly, and to uniformly heat the joint, the nozzle (2) moves quickly in the middle,
Both ends need to be slowed down, and the wind speed during outdoor work is greatly affected, and the temperature and steel materials (11), (11 ')
The heating time must be adjusted because it changes depending on the shape and outside diameter of the gas pressure welding, and it depends on the skill and intuition of the gas pressure welding operator and is easily affected by the external environment. However, there are drawbacks such as difficulty in stabilizing the gas pressure and a great influence on the gas pressure welding strength by a skilled technique.
In addition, as the outer diameter of the steel materials (11) and (11 ') becomes larger, advanced gas pressure welding technology is required, and it is extremely difficult for an amateur to improve the bonding strength.

There is an automatic gas pressure welding machine which can be easily performed by a person who does not have a skilled gas welding technology and can greatly improve the reliability of a gas pressure welding joint. Ring burner (A ')
Reciprocating means for reciprocatingly swinging the ring burner (A '), pressing means for pressing two steel materials, a holding member for holding the two steel materials to be joined, and a driving source. At least it is necessary, and the present inventors have just made various proposals. However, when the two steel materials are heated and become soft, a bulge-shaped bulge is formed at the joint portion between the two steel materials by the pressurizing means, and the two steel materials are joined, but the joint portion moves. As a result, the ring burner (A ') cannot follow the movement of the joint,
It was not always possible to roast the joints of steel with a ring burner (A ').

For this reason, Japanese Utility Model Publication No.
No. 24460 "burner position correcting device in automatic gas pressure welding machine". This is provided with a burner position correcting device for the ring burner (A ') and a stopper mechanism for adjusting the reciprocating swing width of the burner. Thus, the ring burner (A ') automatically follows, so that the joint portion of the steel material can always be roasted with the ring burner (A'). However, the automatic gas pressure welding machine is expensive and large-scale. In addition, in order to perform gas pressure welding work under appropriate conditions, the wind speed during outdoor work is greatly affected, and in addition, the temperature rise time differs depending on changes in the temperature in winter and summer. It depends on the performance, the shape of the reinforcing bar, etc., and it is necessary to readjust the set time. At present, many problems remain to obtain a stable joint.

In the conventional ring burner (A '), if a large number of rows of nozzles (2) are provided, the nozzles (2) are heated and flashback occurs (in the present invention, a flame is formed from the crater to the ring). There is no idea to put a ring burner (A) in which a large number of nozzles (2) are arranged into practical use in order to produce a ring burner (referring to the inside of the body).
On January 0, a patent application “Ring burner for gas pressure welding” was proposed. In general, when performing gas pressure welding work, if the wind speed exceeds 4 m / sec, the flame is disturbed and it is dangerous. Therefore, the work is prohibited by the standard use of gas pressure welding by the Japan Pressure Welding Association, and it is not possible to work. Was. In addition, even if it rained, the work could not be performed, and the work was interrupted, and work period management was difficult.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. That is, the nozzles of the conventional gas pressure ring burner are arranged in a large number of rows in the axial direction of the steel material. And a circulating water channel system for cooling each nozzle. In addition, a large number of cylinders are erected on the upper surface of the annular body and communicate with the annular body in the axial direction of the steel material, that is, in the burning width (heating range). Is provided on the axis of the steel material. At this time, the positions of the nozzles may be staggered. The circulating water channel system covers the periphery of each nozzle, the entire cylindrical body and the annular body, and has a substantially annular cover body having the opening secured thereto, and a water supply port and a drain port provided on an outer peripheral portion of the cover body. And a partition member provided inside the cover body to form a circulating water passage, and a lid fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the cover body and hermetically sealed, and formed integrally with each other. Alternatively, only the cylinder and the ring may be integrally molded. A cover body having a substantially C-shaped double wall in cross section;
A ring body built therein and at the bottom, a water supply port, a drain port, and a joint provided on the outer periphery of the cover body, and a lid body provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the cover body to hermetically seal the inside are integrally formed. Is also good. In addition, a heat insulating material may be provided inside the lid to efficiently heat the joint. The term "substantially C-shaped" as used in the present invention refers to a circular shape lacking a steel material entrance opening.

Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. Two steel materials (11) and (11 ') to be joined in advance are supported by a holding member (not shown). First, the heating position of the ring burner (A) is determined by inserting the opening (1a) of the ring body (1) into the joining position of the steel materials (11) and (11 '). Then ignite. At this time, after opening the on-off valve (not shown) and igniting, the flame is adjusted, so that a number of nozzles (2) provided at equal intervals on the inner peripheral side surface of the annular body (1) allow the steel (11), The flame (2a) spreads toward the center of (11 ') and is simultaneously heated over the entire width of the steel materials (11) and (11') as shown in FIG. Then, the flame (2a) is roasted toward the axis of the steel material (11), (11 ') as shown in FIG. 4 (a). Also, when the positional relationship of the many nozzles (2) arranged in the cylinder (3) is staggered, as shown in FIG. 4B, the nozzles (2) are directed toward the axis of the steel (11), (11 '). Fig. 4
As compared with the case of (a), the surface of the steel materials (11) and (11 ') can be roasted more uniformly, and the heating efficiency is improved.

Next, the operation of the cooling water circulating through the circulating water channel system (B) to prevent flashback of each nozzle (2) will be described. When a supply faucet (not shown) is opened, cooling water is supplied downward from the water supply port (6) to the inside of the cover body (5) as shown in FIG. 5, and flows from the lower side to the upper side as indicated by the arrow in the figure.
Further, it flows from the upper inside to the lower inside and is discharged from the drain port (7). At this time, the heat around the nozzles (2) is forcibly removed by the circulating cooling water to cool the nozzles, and abnormal heating is positively prevented, so that the occurrence of flashback is almost eliminated (see FIG. 8). . In FIG. 8, solid arrows indicate the state of circulation of the cooling water, and dotted arrows indicate the state of gas ejection.

Further, the steel material (1) is provided by the lids (9) and (9 ').
Since the joints of 1) and (11 ') are surrounded as shown in FIG. 3, even in the state where the gas pressure welding operation was conventionally difficult, for example, when the wind speed is 4 m / sec or more or when it is raining, Work can be performed, work efficiency can be remarkably improved, and oxidation of the joint can be delayed, thereby serving to prevent oxidation. Further, since the heating time is shortened, the amount of gas used is reduced, which is economical. In the case of rainy weather, steel materials with a horizontal joining direction (11),
It is preferable to perform the gas pressure welding operation (11 ').

When the two steel materials (11) and (11 ') are heated and become soft, the two steel materials (11) and (11') are pressed by a pressing means (not shown).
The joints of the steel materials (11) and (11 ') of the book swell in a dumpling shape,
Further, by heating the bulging portion for a predetermined time, the two steel materials (11) and (11 ') are joined. After joining, the on-off valve is closed to extinguish the fire. Then, when the ring body (1) is removed from the two steel materials (11) and (11 '), the pressure welding operation is completed. The working time when the ring burner (A) of the present invention is used can be greatly reduced as compared with the conventional case. Further, a device for reliably reciprocating the swing of the ring burner (A ') as in the conventional art is not required, and a device for regulating the reciprocating swing of the ring burner (A') is not required.

According to the present invention, the nozzle (2) is made of steel (11), (11 ') in comparison with the conventional ring burner (A') for gas pressure welding.
A ring burner (A), which was not possible in the prior art, because it was arranged in a large number of rows in the axial direction and provided with a circulating water channel system (B) for cooling each nozzle (2). Even if a large number of nozzles (2) are provided, the periphery of the nozzles (2) is forcibly cooled, so that there is almost no flashback, and even a layman can perform the gas pressure welding operation with peace of mind. Therefore, the flame (2a) uniformly hits the outer peripheral surface of the steel (11), (11 ') without the skill of gas pressure welding, and the steel (11), (11') is joined with uniform heating distribution Therefore, sufficient bonding strength can be obtained. Also, anyone can easily and firmly join, and the device for reciprocating the swing of the ring burner (A ') and the device for controlling the reciprocating swing of the ring burner (A') are unnecessary. Since the gas pressure welding device itself can be simplified,
It can provide something with a low commercial price.

Also, a large number of cylindrical bodies (3) for securing the width of heating (heating range) of the steel materials (11) and (11 ') are provided on the upper surface of the annular body (1), and the annular body (1) is provided. And a predetermined number of nozzles (2) are appropriately provided in the cylindrical body (3) with the steel material (1).
The nozzles (2) formed toward the axis of (1), (11 ') and arranged next to the cylinder (3) are staggered, so that the steel (11), ( 11 ') can be more uniformly heated, and the heating efficiency is improved. For this reason, especially for the steel materials (11) and (11 ') having a large outer diameter,
This eliminates the need for advanced pressure welding technology as in the past, and enables even a layman to improve the bonding strength.

The circulating water system (B) is connected to each nozzle (2)
A substantially annular cover body (5) covering the periphery, the entire cylindrical body (3) and the annular body (1), and securing the opening (1a);
A water supply port (6) and a drain port (7) provided on the outer peripheral portion of the cover body (5), and a partition member (8) provided inside the cover body (5) and forming a circulation water channel. , The cover body (5)
Lid (9), which is fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of
(9 '), and by providing a heat insulating material (10) inside the lids (9) and (9'), both sides of the joint between the steel materials (11) and (11 ') are surrounded. Since the gas pressure welding operation can be performed, it is possible to perform the operation even in a state where it was difficult in the past, for example, when the wind speed is 4 m / sec or more or when it is raining. However, it also serves as an antioxidant. Also, since the heating time is shortened,
Gas consumption is reduced and it is economical. Further, since there is no fear that the gas pressure welding operation is interrupted due to the wind speed or the weather as in the prior art, the construction period is accurate without delay and the construction period management becomes easy.
