2. Description of the Related Art In a rotor in which permanent magnets of a permanent magnet type generator are arranged on the outer periphery, there have been various methods for positioning and fixing the permanent magnets on the outer periphery of a rotor core formed by laminating rotor iron plates. Had been proposed. For example, actual Kaihei 6
No. 57055 discloses an iron plate having the same shape provided with projections at regular intervals on the outer peripheral surface of a laminated iron core, and laminating them by collating the protruding portions to form ridges on the outer peripheral surface. A permanent magnet in which the permanent magnets are parallel to each other is arranged, and the ridge portion and the permanent magnet surface are welded to each other to fix the permanent magnet to the outer periphery of the rotor iron plate. , And a permanent process is required between the ridges and the permanent magnets are arranged between the ridges and then fixed by welding. Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-21346 discloses that a magnet is fitted between protrusions formed at regular intervals formed on the outer periphery of a core of a rotor core, and a resin-made cylindrical cover is fitted on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Coatings have been proposed.

According to the conventional method of fixing a permanent magnet on the outer periphery of a rotor core as described above, a plurality of projections are provided on the outer periphery of a rotor core, and permanent magnets are provided between the projections (projections). Magnets are arranged and the ridges and permanent magnets are welded, the outer peripheral surface of this permanent magnet is wrapped with an insulating tape such as glass tape, or the outside is coated with resin, and manufactured by a method such as resin molding. I was However, since permanent magnets are generally made of brittle ferrite, etc., when pushing the permanent magnet between the protrusions on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, if the protrusions are hard, the corners of the permanent magnet may be damaged or forced in. Since the permanent magnet is broken during the operation, it is necessary to provide a gap between the projection and the projection so that the permanent magnet does not contact the projection. For this reason, a wide range of resin impregnated tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface to prevent the permanent magnet from flying out due to the centrifugal force. It was difficult to manufacture a rotating rotor core. Also, the manufacturing process was complicated in order to prevent the displacement. Furthermore,
After the permanent magnets are arranged, a cylinder is fitted and covered on the outer peripheral surface of the entire rotor core. However, in this case, a cost is increased due to the necessity of a cylindrical cover, and it cannot be manufactured at a low cost. Was.

[0004] In these conventional fixing methods, in terms of performance, metal-based projections are arranged between permanent magnets arranged on the outer periphery, and beads or the like formed on the surface by fusion by heating the whole. This causes a gap between the stator and the rotor, resulting in magnetic leakage, which is not preferable in terms of the magnetic efficiency of the generator. Further, the conventional rotor core is fragile against contact and impact, and it is an important issue how to position and fix the permanent magnet on the field core without damaging the permanent magnet. The present invention is to improve such a complicated fixing method and to provide a rotor with a permanent magnet for fixing a permanent magnet to a rotor core by a simple method.

Another object of the present invention is to bury the rotor core in an outer peripheral surface thereof and to position the rotor core by the fixing member.
The non-magnetic insulating tape containing glass fibers for fixing to the outer surface of the permanent magnets of the end plates can be achieved by forming by winding.
Further, the fixing member is formed in an E-shaped cross section, and the upper side is formed to be thinner toward the lower center, and the bottom is formed in a wide trapezoidal shape, so that the fixing member is formed outside the rotor core. The permanent magnet can be fitted and fixed in the groove of the shape, and the permanent magnet can be pushed in along the inclined surface from above the fixing member for positioning. Further, the end plates disposed at both ends of the rotor core in which the rotor iron plates are laminated are a number of wing pieces on the outer surface integrally formed by extraction molding, that is,
By using the end plate provided with the cooling blades, a rotor with a permanent magnet having a simple structure can be obtained.

According to the rotor with permanent magnet of the present invention, the trapezoidal grooves formed at regular intervals on the outer periphery of the field iron core constituting the rotor form the nonmagnetic material in the trapezoidal grooves formed by laminating the rotor iron plates. Since the trapezoidal fixing member is inserted and fixed, and a permanent magnet is pushed between the fixing members to form a field core, the amount of magnetic leakage due to a gap generated between the permanent magnets can be reduced. Therefore, the rotor has a small permanent magnet because of its excellent magnetic efficiency. In addition, by forming the fixing member or the like by extraction molding with a synthetic resin or the like, it is possible to prevent the fragile permanent magnets that come into contact with the corners from being lost. Further, since the shape of the fixing member to be fitted into the trapezoidal groove on the outer periphery of the field core is formed in an E-shaped cross section, the permanent magnet can be pushed and fixed between the fixing members. In addition, a non-magnetic insulating tape containing glass fiber is wound around the outer surface of the rotor with permanent magnets to reduce the gap between the permanent magnet and the field core of the rotor. It is possible to prevent the displacement of the permanent magnet during the operation and to manufacture a stable rotor with the permanent magnet.

Since the rotor with permanent magnet of the present invention is constructed as described above, the permanent magnet can be easily positioned by pushing the permanent magnet between the fixing member made of synthetic resin and the end plate. Can be. Moreover, since the fixing member is formed of an elastic synthetic resin, the permanent magnet can be fixed without causing any damage such as breakage when fitting the permanent magnet. Since the non-magnetic material is disposed between the permanent magnets disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, the leakage magnetic flux between the magnets can be reduced as much as possible, and the power generation efficiency is improved.
