[Prior Art] The surface layer of a concrete-based pseudo-stone product such as a pseudo-stone tile, a pseudo-stone block, etc. is formed from decorative aggregate called concrete seed and cement paste or mortar, and the surface is polished with a fixed abrasive, Alternatively, shot processing (hitting processing) is performed by shot blasting.

Generally, dark seeds are more expensive than light seeds,
It can produce clear and elegant colors. But,
What was shot processing of pseudo stone products using dark seeds,
There was a problem that it became whitish and the dark color became dull. The reason is that when shot processing is performed, the entire surface becomes a relatively large uneven surface and it is difficult to slip, but the surface of seed stone and mortar becomes a fine rough surface with unevenness of several microns to several hundred microns. This is due to irregular reflection of light rays and whitening of the seed stone body without making use of its color.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve the surface of an existing concrete-based pseudo stone that has been polished or shot to improve the dark color. The purpose is to make the seed stones look good in color and not slip even when the surface gets wet.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs:
Applying wet brushing with a synthetic resin brush or wire brush containing abrasives to the existing polished or shot-processed artificial stone surface, and then suctioning and cleaning the sludge on the surface generated by the wet brushing It is in.

[Action] If the surface of an existing polished artificial stone product is brushed with a brush made of synthetic resin containing abrasive grains or a wire brush while pouring water, mortar having a lower hardness than the seed stone is shaved. When wet brushing is applied to the extent that the seeds can be seen,
Even if the surface is wet by rain or the like, slippage is prevented by the unevenness.
When the sludge generated by the wet brushing is sucked and cleaned, the dark color of the seed stone and the light color of the mortar appear in contrast to give an elegant appearance. Both the seed stone and the mortar have a smooth and glossy surface, and are not roughened, so that dirt is hardly adhered, and the adhered dirt can be removed immediately.

[Examples] The method of the present invention will be specifically described based on examples.
As shown in FIG. 1, a pseudo stone tile was formed by providing a surface layer 20 composed of a mortar 24 and a dark seed stone 22 of serpentine grains on a back layer 10 of concrete. The composition of the surface layer was as follows.

White Portland cement 450Kg Serpentine (particle size 5-10mm) 1200Kg Calcium rock (particle size 0.1-0,3mm) 380Kg Water 250Kg For the other half, the surface was shot-finished by shot blasting, and then these tiles were laid on an outdoor road surface.

As shown in FIG. 1, the polished tile has a smooth appearance and the dark color of the seed stone 22 stands out from the light color of the mortar, so the appearance is beautiful and the stain resistance is excellent, but there is no unevenness. Therefore, when wet, it was slippery and dangerous.

As shown in FIG. 2, the shot-finished surface layer 20 has irregularities on its surface, so there is no danger of slipping even if it gets wet.
Both the mortar 22 and the mortar 24 have a fine rough surface and irregularly reflect light rays, so that the expensive dark seed stone 22 is also whitish and does not help to improve the appearance. In addition, the surface was roughened, so that it was easily stained and hard to remove. Polished and shot-finished tile road surfaces after construction were each divided into three sections, and two of the sections were modified. The improvement process consisted of two steps: wet brushing and cleaning. Wet brushing was performed using a commercially available 14 inch rotating speed 150-200 rpm, floor polisher with a water injection device, and cleaning was performed using a commercial suction-type wet / dry vacuum cleaner.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show that the surface of the polished surface layer 20 is wet-brushed with a brush made of an abrasive-containing polyamide resin to impart irregularities to the surface, and then the sludge is sucked to clean the surface. Things. The surface of the tile improved in this way has irregularities such that it does not slip even when wet, but since both the seed stone 22 and the mortar 24 are smooth and not roughened, the dark seed stone 22 rises clearly The appearance was beautiful and dirt was hard to adhere.

FIGS. 5 and 6 show the surface of the surface layer 20 which has been polished and shot finished, subjected to wet brushing with a wire brush to provide irregularities on the surface, and then the sludge is sucked to clean the surface. is there. The surface of the tile thus improved is similar to that of FIGS. 3 and 4 because the seeds 22 and mortar 24 on the surface are smooth and not roughened.
Even if it gets wet, it does not slip and the color of the dark seed stone 22 is clear and dirt does not easily adhere.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the method of the present invention wet-brushes the existing artificial stone surface and then performs suction cleaning. Therefore, when applied to an existing polished artificial stone product, irregularities in which seed stones emerge are generated. It has the effect of preventing slip when wet, and when applied to existing shot-finished pseudo stone products, the rough surface of the seed stone and mortar disappears, the dark color of the seed stone becomes clear, the stain resistance and appearance This has the effect of improving both.
