Description of the Related Art Conventionally, one of the waterproofing methods for laying a waterproof sheet on a building roof or the like includes an insulating waterproofing method in which a waterproof sheet is mechanically fixed to a base material as a base without using an adhesive. There is a construction method called. The features of the insulation and waterproofing method are as follows. Even if the water content of the concrete, which is the base material, is high (whether wet or wet), it can be applied without using an adhesive and can be applied at any time regardless of the weather. It is economical because the work period can be shortened. Buffers the movement of the substrate, resulting in a beautiful finish. The processing of the substrate is simple.

Insert the plug into the drilled hole. i. Set the fixture in the hole and fix with screws. j. In order to prevent water from permeating from the fixture, a second reinforcing sheet having a larger circular shape than the head of the fixture is covered and liquid-tightly welded. At this time, the overlapped portion with the waterproof sheet is joined by liquid welding to seal the circumferential insulation of the circular second reinforcing sheet. k. Weld the seams between the tarpaulins.

In many cases, uneven unevenness is a large groundwork on the surface such as a surface, so if a waterproof sheet is directly laid on a large uneven surface such as a concrete surface without inserting a foam insulating sheet, The waterproof sheet may be scratched or punctured. If the waterproof sheet is left untouched, it will eventually crack and cause water leakage. For this reason, in the insulating waterproofing method, a foamed insulating sheet is inserted between the base material and the waterproof sheet as a buffer.

When a sheet or asphalt is installed, or when styrofoam for insulation is laid, the oily surface treatment agent of the base material layer oozes out on the surface of the waterproof sheet and hinders the design of the waterproof sheet. Alternatively, the plasticizer may migrate to the synthetic rubber sheet or styrofoam of the base material layer, deteriorating the waterproof sheet and causing cracks in the sheet. Therefore, in order to prevent the migration of the oil and the plasticizer, a foamed insulating sheet for preventing the migration is inserted between the base material and the waterproof sheet.

After fixing the foamed insulating sheet to the base material with an adhesive or a gum tape, a waterproof sheet is laid thereon. Therefore, not only is it troublesome to fix the foam insulating sheet, but also on a day when the wind is strong, the foam insulating sheet cannot be fixed completely, and wrinkles are generated. Not only impairs the aesthetic appearance, but also causes a problem in that the sheet at the wrinkled portion thereof becomes weak and cracks due to long-term use.

When the insulation and waterproofing method is performed using the above-described materials, the sheet A is a long sheet having a specific width, and when the sheet A is installed on a wide rooftop or the like, a long sheet having a certain width is cut into an appropriate length and arranged. Execute. At this time, it is necessary to prevent water leakage from between the adjacent waterproof sheets. For this purpose, as illustrated schematically in FIGS.
It is preferable to adhere the both, in order to improve the adhesion, waterproofing the sheet 1 in advance by adhering the foamed insulation sheet 2 in forced peelable state, necessary width peeled and cut insulating foam sheet 2, As shown in FIG. 2A, or as shown in FIG. 2B, a part of the foamed sheet 2 is peeled off, and an adjacent waterproof sheet is inserted therebetween, and both are liquid-welded . If the hand is not peeled off the insulating foam sheet 2 is required to sufficiently cover the seam with waterproof sheet 1 the same quality of auxiliary sheet 4

As such a peelable bonding method, for example, an acrylic emulsion or a polyvinyl acetate-based emulsion adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive is used, and an adhesive strength is applied to either the waterproof sheet 1 or the foamed insulating sheet 2. Preferably, a method is used in which the adhesive is selected appropriately so as not to cause much adhesion and the adhesion is performed. Also, it is preferable to provide lattice-shaped scales on the surface of the waterproof sheet 1 at appropriate intervals within a range that does not impair the aesthetics of the waterproof sheet 1, for example, at intervals of about 50 to 200 mm. By providing such a scale, the insulating waterproof sheet A

First, the above-described insulating waterproof sheet A (for example, a laminate of a vinyl chloride resin sheet and a foamed polypropylene sheet) is waterproofed with concrete, lightweight foamed concrete, wood, or already rubberized or asphalt. However, the surface of the base material 5 whose durability time has already passed is covered with an insulating waterproof sheet A as shown in the figure. Next, a similar first reinforcing sheet 6 made of vinyl chloride resin (in this example, a disk made of a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet having a circular hole having a diameter of 185 mm, a thickness of 1 mm, and a diameter of 10 mm at the center) is attached to the waterproof sheet 1. At a predetermined fixed position, and is preferably liquid-welded to the waterproof sheet surface.

A hole 7 having a depth of about 10 to 10 mm and a depth of about 30 to 150 mm is formed, and a cold-setting resin such as an epoxy resin is injected into the hole 7 to secure a screw hole and fix the screw before the resin is solidified. For example, a nylon plug 8 is inserted in order to secure the pressure, and subsequently, for example, a holding plate 9 (in this example, a metal dish-shaped and coated with a rust-preventive paint (preferably made of vinyl chloride resin)) A steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm, a diameter of 65 mm and a screw hole of 5 mm at the center is placed, and screws 10 are screwed into the base material 5 through the holes of the holding plate, and the holding plate 9 is firmly fixed. During this time, the epoxy resin is solidified, and the fixing is sufficiently performed.

The construction was completed in one process, and the construction time was greatly reduced. Further, the foamed insulating sheet was not broken at the time of construction, and the foamed insulating sheet was lifted up by the wind, and when the waterproofing sheet was laid thereon, such a problem that the waterproofing sheet was wrinkled was eliminated.
Furthermore, since the waterproof sheet and the foam insulating sheet are bonded so that they can be forcibly peeled off, the joining of the ends of the waterproof sheets can be performed by peeling the foam insulating sheet and bonding only the waterproof sheet, so that the overlap welding can be performed. Ru can keep a strong watertight bonding over a long period of time.
