Since the height of the connection portion 6a 'is sufficiently increased by the piece 6e', the large-area and flat roof material main portion 6
Due to the negative pressure due to the strong wind blowing along c ', the roof material main portion 6c' of the metal roof material 6a 'easily floats as shown in FIG. 8B, and the roof material main portion 6c' flaps. And the pressing force of the metal roofing material 6a 'cannot be sufficiently increased.

In order to press the metal roofing material 6 'in the range of the plate thickness in this manner, the pressing area is small and the metal roofing material 6' is pressed linearly. However, when the metal roofing material 6 'flutters, a coating film such as a plating layer on the surface of the metal roofing material 6' is rubbed and peeled off, and rust is generated at such a location at an early stage. As described above, since rust is easily generated, conventionally, the position of the connection portion 6a 'must be set high.

Due to the temperature difference between the ventilated air and the outside air at night or the like, dew condensation occurs on the lower surface of the connection cap 8 ′ which is installed so as to cover the connection point, and this condenses and drips down the gap. The space below the cap 8 'is separately filled with a heat insulating material, which greatly reduces the workability. Further, since the metal roofing materials 6', 6 'are not connected to each other, after the roofing, There is a problem that the positioning strength of the metal roofing material is not sufficient.

The metal roofing material 6 can be held down with sufficient strength by sandwiching the large area of the metal roofing material 6 and the immediate vicinity of the flat roofing material main portion 6c with the downwardly inclined pressing surface 2a of the fixed holding metal fitting 3. Even if a floating force due to a negative pressure acts on the large-area flat roof material main portion 6c, the floating is strongly prevented, and the holding strength of the metal roof material 6 can be made sufficient. Moreover, the downwardly inclined receiving surface 2 is bent as compared with the structure in which the metal roofing material is held down within the range of the thickness of the fixed holding metal.
a and the downwardly inclined pressing surface 3a sandwich the surface of the metal roofing material 6 to prevent the coating film from peeling off, thereby avoiding the generation of rust while increasing the connection strength at the connection location of the metal roofing material 6. It is. Further, the fixed holding metal fitting 3 on the metal roofing material 6 is formed with a downward inclined pressing surface 3a, and rainwater blown into the downward inclined pressing surface 3a is drained under natural flow.

の浮上を阻止する点に特徴がある。As described above, the present invention relates to a connection structure of a metal roofing material for connecting and holding metal roofing materials on both sides with a fixed metal fitting and a fixed holding metal being short in the direction of the eaves. Downward slope receiving surfaces are formed on both sides in the eaves direction toward the outer side, and mounting pieces for the roof base are formed between the downwardly sloped receiving surfaces at approximately the center of the fixed metal fittings in the eaves direction, A downwardly inclined holding surface is formed on both sides of the fixed holding metal fitting so as to be inclined downward toward the outside by bending, and a fitting supporting portion for fitting and supporting the connection cap to the fixed holding metal fitting is formed. A connecting portion that is inclined obliquely outward and upward is formed near both side edges of the substantially flat roof material main portion along the large area, and the fixing bracket is fixed or pressed against the roof base at the mounting piece, and the fixing tool is fixed. Fixing bracket and fixing press at Securing the brackets to the roof bed, connecting portions of the metal roofing material are fixed by being sandwiched by downward inclined pressing surface of the downwardly inclined receiving surface and the fixed retainer member fixed pivot bracket, the fitted and the supporting portion of the stationary pressing bracket Since the long connection cap is fitted and held, the metal roofing material to be connected is large at the connection at the downwardly inclined receiving surface of the fixed bracket and the downwardly inclined pressing surface of the fixed holding bracket. The connection part in the immediate vicinity of the roof material main part, which is flat in area, is pinched, and it is possible to hold the roof material main part in the immediate vicinity with sufficient strength, and the large area, flat roof material main part floats due to negative pressure. Powerfully,
There is an advantage that the holding strength of the metal roofing material can be made sufficient. Moreover, since the downwardly inclined receiving surface and the downwardly inclined pressing surface are sandwiched between the bent down inclined receiving surface and the downwardly inclined pressing surface as compared with the structure that holds down the metal roofing material within the range of the thickness of the fixed holding metal, the coating of the metal roofing material is peeled off. Therefore, there is an advantage that the generation of rust can be avoided while increasing the connection strength at the connection portion of the metal roofing material. Furthermore, the fixed holding metal fitting on the metal roofing material has a downward inclined pressing surface, and there is an advantage that rainwater blown into the downward inclined pressing surface can be drained under natural flow. In particular, since the fixed bracket and the fixed holding bracket are short in the direction of the ridge, the fixed bracket is fixed or pressed against the base of the roof with the fixture at the mounting piece at the approximate center of the ridge, and the ridge is positioned. Even if there is a so-called run-out that crosses the eaves direction or a misalignment occurs in the direction perpendicular to the eaves direction, even if the metal roofing material is long in the eaves direction,
The positioning accuracy of the fixing bracket is not required to be high, and the workability is enhanced. When holding a long connection cap, the short holding fixture in the building eaves direction can also be used without trouble, In addition, there is an advantage that the metal roofing material can be stably placed while the fixing bracket is short in the direction of the eaves. In other words, the present invention avoids the requirement for high positional accuracy of the fixing bracket by using the fixing bracket and the fixing holding bracket that are short in the direction of the eaves, thereby connecting and lengthening a long metal roof material. It is possible to stably fit the long connection cap with the short fixing bracket and the fixing holding bracket, and stabilize the mounting support of the metal roofing material even with the short fixing bracket in the ridge eaves direction.
