As described above, various high-performance sound absorbing members for soundproof walls have been put to practical use, while sound absorbing members provided on the ceiling surface or wall surface of a building structure. Although various shapes using various materials have been proposed, there is no sound absorbing member that can effectively absorb noise and noise in building structures, etc., and is also excellent in design, Its practical use has been demanded. In particular, a sound absorbing material made of inorganic fibers such as glass wool, which is often used for sound absorbing members for soundproof walls, has excellent sound absorbing properties,
Because it is difficult to color, when using a metal plate material having a large number of through holes such as expanded metal or punching metal on the surface plate, it is difficult to give the through holes a color that is in harmony with the surroundings. In addition, it has not been used as a sound absorbing member disposed on the ceiling surface or wall surface of a building structure.

The sound absorbing member of the building structure of the present invention has a dome-shaped surface plate having a large number of through holes.
Since the incidence rate of noise can be increased, and a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat is placed between the surface plate and the sound absorbing material,
In addition to protecting the sound absorbing material made of inorganic fibers whose surface is covered with a synthetic resin film, the synthetic fibers used for the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat are easy to be colored. The colors can be applied in harmony with the colors.

The dome-shaped surface plate 2 is made of an expanded metal, a punched metal, made of aluminum, stainless steel, or plated or rustproofed.
It is composed of a louver structure or a synthetic resin molded body. In this case, the shape of the dome shape of the surface plate 2 is not particularly limited. However, in accordance with the shape of the box-shaped main body 1, when the plane shape of the main body 1 is square, the plane shape is circular. When the planar shape of the main body 1 is rectangular, it is preferable that the planar shape be elliptical and formed so as to swell over the entire main body 1. Further, the height H of the dome shape of the surface plate 2 is not particularly limited, but the diameter of the dome shape, that is, 10 to 30% of the length L of one side of the main body 1,
More preferably, it is formed to about 20%.

As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the synthetic fiber non-woven fabric mat 3 is formed by entanglement of synthetic resin fibers, for example, polyvinylidene chloride fibers, and integrally binding them with a bridging agent made of an appropriate synthetic resin material. In this case, a large number of convex portions 3a, specifically, high portions, are formed on the side facing the synthetic resin film 4 covering at least the sound absorbing material 5 during the heat molding. 3-10m
It is desirable to form about m convex portions. In this case, the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat 3 can be colored together with the surface plate 2 so that the soundproof member has a color that is in harmony with the surroundings. In addition, the shape of the convex portion 3a is not limited to the circular convex portion of the present embodiment, and for example, the shape and height thereof can be arbitrarily set, such as forming a vertical or horizontal band. .

As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the sound absorbing material 5 is made of a block formed by integrally molding glass wool. In this case, the sound absorbing material 5 is formed on the side facing the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat 3 at the time of molding. It is desirable to form a large number of convex portions 5a, specifically, convex portions having a height of about 3 to 10 mm. In this case, the sound-absorbing material 5 can form a dome-shaped space 6 on the back surface, thereby reducing the usage of the sound-absorbing material without deteriorating the sound absorbing performance. In addition, the shape of the convex portion 5a is not limited to the circular convex portion of the present embodiment, and for example, the shape and height thereof can be arbitrarily set, such as forming a vertical or horizontal band. . In addition, the sound absorbing material 5 is formed in a layer shape, and the sound absorbing material layer 51 located on the noise incident side is formed to have a lower density than the sound absorbing material layer 52 on the back side thereof (for example, the density of the glass wool of the sound absorbing material layer 51 is 32 kg). / M 3 , and the density of the glass wool of the sound absorbing material layer 52 is 48 kg / m 3. ), Whereby noise in a wide range of frequencies can be efficiently reduced.

By the way, a large number of convex portions 5 are formed on the surface as described above.
As a method of manufacturing the sound absorbing material 5 made of the inorganic fiber having the a formed thereon, a molding die having a concave portion at a position corresponding to the convex portion 5a is used. After filling the mold with uncured inorganic fibers at a predetermined pressure, the mold is heated from the outside, or hot air is supplied into the mold to cure the resin binder added to the inorganic fibers, In addition to a method of obtaining a sound absorbing material made of an inorganic fiber having a required shape, a protrusion 5a
The uncured inorganic fibers are filled in a mold having a through hole at a position corresponding to the above, and the inorganic fibers are sucked from the outside of the mold through the through holes of the mold to form the projections 5a and then harden. According to the latter method, the inorganic fibers around the convex portion 5a are not compressed, so that the surface of the sound absorbing material 5 on which the large number of convex portions 5a are formed becomes a noise incident surface. , The noise absorption rate does not decrease.

The above sound absorbing member is used as a sound absorbing member of a building structure by directly arranging it on a ceiling surface or a wall surface of a building structure made of concrete or the like with a bolt, an adhesive or the like. Since it has weather resistance, it can be used by arranging it on the ceiling surface or wall surface of an outdoor building structure according to this.

According to the sound absorbing member for a building structure of the present invention, since the surface plate having a large number of through holes is formed in a dome shape, the incidence rate of noise can be increased. Since the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat is disposed between the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat and the sound absorbing material, the synthetic fiber used for the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat is colored while protecting the sound absorbing material made of inorganic fibers whose surface is covered with a synthetic resin film. Since this is easy, the soundproof member can be given a color that is in harmony with the surroundings, together with the surface plate. For this reason, in combination with the use of a sound absorbing material made of inorganic fibers such as glass wool having excellent sound absorbing properties, it is possible to effectively absorb noise and noise in building structures, etc. It is also excellent.

Also, by forming a large number of convex portions on at least the side of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat facing the sound absorbing material, or by forming a large number of convex portions on the side of the sound absorbing material facing the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric mat, It is possible to expect a sound absorbing effect at the boundary between the synthetic resin film covering the surface of the fiber nonwoven fabric mat and the sound absorbing material or at the boundary between the synthetic resin film and the sound absorbing material and the synthetic resin film itself, thereby further improving the sound absorbing performance of the sound absorbing member. .
