と、操作レバーが鉛直状態の際に基枠部材底部と接する
面の距離に比較して、操作レバーが水平状態の際に基枠
部材底部と接する面との距離を大として、操作レバーを
水平状態とすることで、前記軸部材を所定距離引き上げ
る構造とし、前記支柱部の末端部におけるスリーブと軸
部材先端間に支柱部外径と略同一の弾性変形部材を挟持
し、前記操作レバーを水平状態とすることで、前記軸部
材を所定距離引き上げて、スリーブと軸部材先端間にお
ける距離を縮めることで、弾性変形部材を径方向に拡開
変形させると共に、弾性変形部材を係止孔内壁面に圧接
することで固定するようにしたことを特徴とする着脱式
