The projection and the battery terminal surface surround in the state where it is arranged in the case,
In addition, the structure has a heat-dissipating space in which the PTC element faces.

Lithium batteries are used as the unit cells 1 and 2, a conductive polymer is used as the PTC element 3, and an ABS resin is used as a material of the resin case 4 to form a resin pack type battery. At the bottom of the resin case 4, a battery position regulating projection 6 was formed so that the PTC element 3 and the bottom of the resin case 4 were sufficiently separated from each other. Then, the resin pack type battery was forcibly short-circuited for 1 minute. At this time, the temperature of the PTC element 3 had reached 90 ° C., but the resin case 4 was not deformed by any heat.
