However, since the head of the fixture is exposed to the exterior, there is a disadvantage that the waterproofness, the corrosion resistance and the design of the exterior are inferior. In addition, there was a problem in fire resistance. Furthermore, in order to solve this weakness of fire resistance, as described above, it is considered to interpose a cover plate on the back surface to prevent flame and hot air from entering, but the construction of the cover plate is extremely difficult. This is a time-consuming operation, and the installation error of the cover plate due to the layout adversely affects the appearance of the entire wall.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the panel A has a hat-shaped cross section and a long metal surface material 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as a surface material), and is formed on the back surface of the surface material 1. And a metal backing material 8 (hereinafter, simply referred to as a backing material) covering at least the back surface in the longitudinal direction of the core material 7. More specifically, the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 8 are made of a metal material, for example, Al, F
e, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum / zinc alloy-plated steel sheet, colored steel sheet, clat steel sheet, vibration damping steel sheet (sandwich steel sheet), fluorine-coated steel sheet, etc., formed by roll forming, press working, extrusion forming, etc. It is.
That is, the surface material 1 is a long decorative surface 2, a side wall 3 bent at both ends of the decorative surface 2 inward, perpendicular to the decorative surface 2, or inwardly and outwardly, and a side wall 3. A projecting piece 4 whose tip is bent outward and extended, a joint part mounting fixture guide 5 (hereinafter simply referred to as a guide) whose tip is bent at an obtuse angle to the projecting piece 4 and a guide The end of the portion 5 is constituted by a side piece 6 bent inward. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the guide portion 5 serves as a guide when the joint cover mounting tool C having the stabilizing piece 16 at the center as shown in FIG. 3 is mounted. Also, the side piece 6
When filling the raw material of the core material 7, the core material 7 is prevented from leaking to the guide portion 5 and the surface side of the protruding piece 4, the side edges of the panels A are straightened, and the panels A are separated from each other without gaps. It is for contact. Further, the guide portion 5 and the side piece 6 also function as reinforcement of the panel A itself. The length of the surface material 1 is about 4000 to 10000 mm and the width W
1 (cosmetic surface 2 of the width) is about 400~900mm, overall width W 2 is 450-12
00mm position, the width W 3 of the inner end of the side wall 3 to the side piece 6 20
100mm position, the height H 1 from the decorative surface 2 to the protruding piece 4 10-100
It is about mm. The core material 7 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a sound absorbing material, a cushioning material, or a fireproof material. The material may be a polyisocyanurate foam, a polyurethane foam, a phenol foam, a polyurea foam, or a material obtained by adding a flame retardant or a flame retardant aid thereto, or a material obtained by laminating one or more of these materials, or a mineral fiber. And a structure in which one or more inorganic molded bodies are interposed and laminated. The core 7 is used to discharge the raw material to the back surface of the front surface material 1 and integrate them in a mold structure, or to integrate the molded body with an adhesive. The back material 8 mainly covers the back surface of the core material 7 as shown in FIG. 2 and has the functions of a reinforcing material, a waterproof material, a moisture-proof material, and a fire-proof material, and the core material 7 comes into direct contact with the skeleton α. It is useful as an isolating material to prevent bleeding. In addition, as the shape of the back surface member 8, at one end in the width direction, a reinforcing piece 9 protruding outward from the side piece 6 of the front surface material 1, bending its tip to the front surface side, and folding inward, A projection 10 is formed by projecting the outer end of the reinforcing piece 9 to the surface side, and a side piece 11 is formed by bending the end of the reinforcing piece 9 to the surface side, and is adjacent to the other end when the panels A are connected to each other. The storage groove 12 is formed in a shape capable of storing the projection 10 of the panel A to be formed, and a side piece 13 is formed in which the outer end of the storage groove 12 is bent to the surface side. More specifically, the storage groove portion 12 is for storing the reinforcing piece 9 and preventing a step or gap from being generated between the panels A when the panels A are connected to each other as shown in FIG. At the same time, the joints between the joints E of the panels A and the joints of the panels A on the back side are shifted, and the reinforcing piece 9 functions as a tile plate, thereby greatly improving fire resistance and waterproofness. Also,
Assuming that the width between the side pieces 11 and 13 in the back material 8 is W 4 , the length of the reinforcing piece 9 is W 5 , and the width of the storage groove 12 is W 6 , W = 2 = W 4 ,
Is a relationship of W 5 = W 6. The back material 8 is formed so as not to contact the front material 1 as shown in FIG.
It is preferable to form the back member 8 so as not to form a thermal bridge. As shown in FIG.
It is planted continuously between the guide portions 5 to improve waterproofness and airtightness, and has secondary functions such as durability, weather resistance, fire resistance, earthquake resistance, and wind pressure resistance. The material may be one of hot melt type, silicone type, polyurethane type, acrylic type, SBR type, etc., or flexible foam type, rubber type, EPDM type, latex etc.
Species, and acrylic high water-absorbing resin that expands when absorbing water and contracts when drying, borax, sodium metaborate, or aluminum hydroxide, phosphate, etc. And the like. When a material having fire resistance is used as the joint material B, the joint material B has fire resistance that can pass a fire test or the like due to a synergistic effect with the reinforcing piece 9 of the panel A. As shown in FIG. 3, the joint cover attaching tool C is a short piece formed by bending a metal plate material, and includes a horizontal plane fixing portion 14, an attaching hole 15, a stabilizing piece 16, and a locking portion 19. Things. More specifically, the fixing portion 14 has a horizontal plane shape, and includes a mounting hole 15 and stabilizer pieces 16 formed at both ends of a substantially central portion in a length direction thereof, or not shown, but formed by projecting the central portion inward. is there.
