Description of the Related Art Soaps (fatty acid alkali metal salts) have been used for a long time as detergents for clothes, baths, and facial cleansing because of their excellent safety and the like. The detergent composition containing soap as a main component also has an advantage of being superior in biodegradability as compared with alkylbenzene sulfonate which is used in large amounts as a synthetic detergent, especially a clothing detergent.

Therefore, various adverse effects are caused. For example, when soap is used for washing, the lime soap deposits on clothing, causing the fabric to turn yellow and cause an unpleasant odor. In addition, the deposition of lime soap in washing machines and bathtubs is called "black trash" and causes clogging of water pipes. In addition, when soap is used for dishwashing, lime soap adheres to a dish or the like and requires labor for rinsing. Further, even in the case of toilet soap, it may cause an unpleasant odor and may cause stains in a wash basin or a bathroom.
Further, it has been known that when washing hair with soap, lime soap adheres and the hair becomes sticky, thereby impairing hair styling properties.

Compounds called agents have been added to soap compositions. Examples of the metal ion chelating agent include sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and sodium nitrilotriacetate, and when added in an appropriate amount in a washing bath, can prevent the formation of lime soap, but are diluted to an infinity during rinsing. Its effect is lost and lime soap is produced. However, it is economically difficult to add a large amount of a metal ion chelating agent to prevent the formation of lime soap even during rinsing. Examples of the dispersant for lime soap include ethylene oxide adducts of higher alcohols, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymers, α-sulfo fatty acid methyl, sulfated fatty acid alkanolamides, betaine, sulfobetaine, and aminocarboxylic acid amphoteric. Although surfactants and the like have been proposed, they have some improvement effects but are not sufficiently satisfactory.

Test Examples The lime soap dispersibility of various dispersants was tested by the following method.
100 ml of hard water (containing 450 ppm of calcium carbonate) was added to 5 g of sodium oleate, stirred and completely converted to calcium oleate, and an additive expected to disperse the calcium oleate was added. The minimum addition weight of the additive required to disperse until no more was expressed as a percentage of the weight of sodium oleate, and was defined as the lime soap dispersing power. Table 1 shows the results. It was recognized that the uronic acid-containing polysaccharide (test Nos. 1 to 6) used in the present invention had an excellent effect of dispersing lime soap.

Next, using these, a washing test was performed under the following conditions to evaluate the detergency and the state of lime soap generation. (Washing conditions) Calcium concentration in water: 1 as CaCl
33 ppm, soap concentration: 1.33 g / liter, stained cloth: polished stained cloth, washing and rinsing temperature: 30 ° C., washing time: Tergot-0-meter (trade name, manufactured by Yasuda Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) 10 minutes at 120 rpm
Rinsing time: The cycle of the washing process followed by the rinsing process is repeated twice at 120 rpm for 3 minutes on the same machine. (Evaluation) The washing liquid and the rinsing liquid were separately collected, left for 1 hour, and then the water-insoluble lime soap generated in each liquid was separated using a filter paper. Commercial laundry detergent (main component: linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and anhydrous sodium sulfate)
Was evaluated in comparison with the case where the above was used. In addition, the dirt washability was also comparatively evaluated. -Amount of lime soap generated ... Similarly less than synthetic detergents: O, slightly more: △, considerably more: X-Wash-off property: Same as compared to synthetic detergents: O, slightly inferior: Δ, poor: × The results are shown in Table 3. Laundry soap containing the uronic acid-containing polysaccharide had good wash-off properties and generated little lime soap.

Then, using these, a washing test was performed under the following conditions, and the washing property and the state of generation of lime soap were examined. (Wash conditions) of calcium in water and magnesium concentration: 59 ppm as CACI 2, as MgCl 2 2
7.2 pm, soap concentration: 1.5 g / l, dirty:
Dirty glass plate, washing and rinsing temperature: 30
° C, washing time: 3 minutes at 250 rpm using a Rinatsu improved detergency tester (manufactured by Yamato Scientific Co., Ltd.). Rinse time: 1 minute at 250 rpm with the same tester. Repeat once. (Evaluation) The amount of lime soap generated in the washing liquid and the rinsing liquid based on a commercially available kitchen synthetic detergent (mainly composed of a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and sodium polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate) as in Example 1. And the wash-off properties were evaluated comparatively. Table 5 shows the results. The kitchen soap containing the uronic acid-containing polysaccharide was excellent in terms of washability and generation of lime soap.

This was used under the following conditions, and the generation state of lime soap was examined. (Conditions) Calcium concentration in water: 270 ppm · soap concentration as CaCl 2: 1.0 g / l (Operation) placed soap liquid sample 100ml of a predetermined concentration in the cylinder, pouring with agitation the hard water 100ml of 50 ± 3 ° C. Then, after standing in a thermostat at the same temperature for 10 minutes, the floating water-insoluble lime soap was separated by a filter paper, and the amount thereof was examined. (Evaluation) Compared with a commercially available sodium laurate-based solid detergent, the amount of lime soap generated was evaluated according to the following criteria.・ Same degree ○ ・ Somewhat much △ ・ Fairly much × The results are shown in Table 7. As is clear from the table, the cosmetic soap containing the uronic acid-containing polysaccharide of the present invention generates a small amount of water-insoluble lime soap.

Result 9
It is shown in the table. From the same table, it was also confirmed that the liquid body cleanser containing the uronic acid-containing polysaccharide of the present invention hardly generates water-insoluble lime soap.

And because it can be dispersed, it is possible to prevent yellowing and unpleasant odor of clothing and water pipes caused by the lime soap, which was regarded as a defect of soap, that is, a cause of soiling of a washbasin or a bathroom, and the like. . When a natural polysaccharide is blended, a detergent composition having good biodegradability can be obtained.
