2. Description of the Related Art The present applicant has developed a method for producing pressed flowers, and uses a dry sheet to remove water contained in a plant to be pressed in the process of producing pressed flowers. In the plant drying step of removing and drying water from the plant using the drying sheet, the plant is placed on the surface of a large-sized drying sheet, and the thickness of 4 to
A sponge having a size of about 5 mm and the same area as the dry sheet is placed, and another dry sheet is placed above the sponge. By repeating these steps, the dried sheet, the plant body, and the sponge are stacked in multiple stages in the same manner so that the dried sheet is positioned at the uppermost end. In addition, this multi-tiered product is stored in a plastic bag, the mouth of the plastic bag is closed, a weight is placed on top of the plastic bag, pressure is applied, and moisture leaching from the plant is absorbed by a dry sheet. And dry. The dried plant is taken out of the plastic bag and stored separately before going to another process. After the dried sheet is taken out of the plastic bag, the absorbed water is evaporated by a heat treatment and then reused in another plant drying step.

[0003] This dry sheet is made by laminating 10 sheets of rough paper, stapling the edges thereof, impregnating with a desiccant solution and then drying, and using the laminated 10 sheets of rough paper as a dry sheet. Zara paper has no rigidity, so it is moistened with water absorbed from the plant, or is repeatedly heated and dried for reuse, causing the paper itself to shrink, causing wrinkles and contact with the plant. The wrinkles were also generated on the surface of the dried sheet. For this reason, in the above-mentioned plant drying step, the plants are shrunk together with the shrinkage of the dry sheet, and if the pressure is continuously applied on the wrinkle surface of the dried sheet where the wrinkles have occurred, the plants will be corrugated at the crests of the wrinkle surface. And pressurized unevenly so as not to contact the valley of the wrinkle surface,
Concentration of pressurization on the pressurized surface induced destruction of the internal tissue of the plant, and unevenness of the pressurized surface also caused uneven absorption of water leached from the plant, resulting in poor absorption efficiency.
For this reason, the plant body after the plant body drying step becomes a wrinkle pattern due to the discoloration of the part where the internal tissue is destroyed, and the trace of the wrinkle surface of the dried sheet remains, and furthermore, the vivid color due to the decrease in water absorption efficiency. Was discolored and became defective.
Also, once dried wrinkled sheets cannot be used, these wrinkles are generated by reusing about 4 to 5 times due to the durability of the rough paper. Did not. In addition, there has been a problem that if the stapler connecting the rough paper is rusted and damaged, the number of reuses is lower than the above-mentioned number of times of reuse.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the dry sheet itself having the rigidity of the chip ball has stiffness, wrinkles are generated on the dry sheet even if the heat treatment performed before reuse is repeated. Can be prevented and the number of reuses can be increased. As a result, uniform contact with the plant can be achieved, uniform pressurization is performed, and the internal tissue of the plant is not destroyed. Also, the uniform absorption and the initial absorption power are increased, the absorption efficiency is improved, and high quality pressed flowers are produced. Eliminating the formed and defective pressed flowers also improves the pressed flower production efficiency. Those are used in chipboard present <br/> invention at 7 00g / m 2 ~900g / m 2 may be impregnated with a suitable drying agent solution, also because it has appropriate rigidity with appropriate elasticity, It becomes a dry sheet that does not need to be broken by its own weight. In the present invention, 50
Of 0g / m 2 ~1400g / m 2 and with a chip ball, in the case of using a chip ball 500g / m 2 ~700g / m 2 , the impregnation amount of the desiccant solution to leach from slightly deficient plants In some cases, the ability to absorb moisture may be reduced. In this case, the problem may be solved by using two or more chip balls. In the case of using a chip ball 900g / m 2 ~1400g / m 2 , it is also improved correspondingly only water uptake capacity which impregnation amount of the desiccant solution increases. Over 1400 g / m 2
In the case of a chip ball, the impregnating amount of the desiccant solution is too large and the water absorption capacity is greater than the water leached from the plant, which increases waste and makes it easy to break due to its own weight, resulting in costly handling because it is troublesome. Deteriorate. Also, 500g
If the chip ball is smaller than / m 2 , the chip ball itself becomes thin, so that large wrinkles are easily generated and broken easily. Also, since the impregnation with the desiccant solution is small, the water absorption capacity is smaller than the water leached from the plant. Difficult to use. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the initial absorbing power of the water leached from the plant body is high, the water absorbing power can be maintained for a long time, and the dried water can be dried in a state where it can be produced with vivid pressed flowers.

In this embodiment, the thickness is about 2 mm.
One chip ball 2 having a large area is immersed in the desiccant solution 3 for one hour in the desiccant solution immersion step 6, and the desiccant solution 3 is sufficiently penetrated into the chip balls 2. As desiccant solution 3, 7: 3 calcium chloride and magnesium chloride
Of the desiccant mixed at a ratio of about 30%. Thereafter, in a natural drying step 7, the chip ball 2 is air-dried by sun drying for 6 hours to evaporate the desiccant solution 3 permeated into the chip ball 2. After that, the chip ball 2 after being naturally dried is dried at a high temperature for 1 hour in a drying oven 4 having a high temperature of 80 to 100 ° C. in a high temperature drying step 8 to perform forced drying. After the above steps 6, 7, and 8, the chip ball 2 is used as the dry sheet 1, and the production of the dry sheet 1 is completed. The chip ball 2 is rigid, and can be quickly impregnated with the desiccant solution 3 and evaporated quickly, so that the time required for natural drying and high-temperature drying can be shortened.
The time required for manufacturing the dry sheet 1 can be reduced. The manufactured dry sheet 1 has a stiffness due to the rigidity of the chip ball 2, and can prevent shrinkage and distortion and eliminate wrinkles even when used repeatedly many times. Further, since the drying agent solution is often impregnated, the initial drying power is excellent and the drying power can be maintained for a long period of time.

In order to perform a pressed flower drying process using the dried sheet 1, a flower 14 to be pressed is placed on the surface of the dried sheet 1 as shown in FIG. 2, and the sponge 12 is placed on the flower 14. The drying sheet 1 is placed on the sponge 12, and the drying sheet 1 is placed on the sponge 12. The drying sheet 1 is repeatedly stacked in the same manner as above, and the drying sheet 1 is positioned at the uppermost end. After stacking in this multi-stage, it is stored in a plastic bag 16, a weight 17 is placed thereon, and pressure is applied for a long time. The flower 14 is prevented from wrinkling by the sponge 12, and is spread and pressed so as to be in uniform contact with the smooth surface of the dry sheet 1 at all times, and is in a state of being uniformly pressed. The moisture leached by the pressurization is absorbed by the dry sheet 1. The dry sheet 1 has a high initial absorbing power and maintains a high water absorbing power over a long period of time. As a result, it is possible to continuously absorb the leached moisture from the initial stage with a high absorption power, and to absorb the moisture from the flower 14 uniformly and efficiently quickly, so that the original colorful color of the flower 14 can be improved. You can leave it on the pressed flower without losing it. Dry sheet 1
Is uniformly contacted with the flower 14, so that uniform addition and absorption of moisture are performed, and a high quality pressed flower can be manufactured. After the plant drying step, the dried flowers 14 are stored separately, and the used dry sheet 1 is subjected to a heat treatment to evaporate the absorbed water and reused in another plant drying step. Since the dry sheet 1 has a stiffness as described above, it is excellent in durability, has no wrinkles, can be reused more than 50 times, and can produce high quality pressed flowers as described above.

According to the present invention, a dry sheet manufactured with the rigidity of a chip ball has stiffness and excellent durability, and there is no generation of wrinkles on the front and back surfaces even when used in large numbers. . Further, since the impregnation with the desiccant solution is large, the initial water absorption was excellent, and the long-term water absorption was maintained. As a result, the manufactured dried sheet can be brought into uniform contact with the plant body, and can be uniformly pressed and not destroy the internal tissue of the plant body. A good pressed flower which has no wrinkles and wrinkles due to the above and has a vivid color without fading can be produced, and the production efficiency of the pressed flower can be improved by eliminating the defective pressed flowers. In addition, even after repeated heating and reuse, the rigidity of the chip ball prevents wrinkles from forming on the dry sheet, thereby significantly increasing the number of re-uses and making it extremely useful and economical. It became. Furthermore,
Since the chip ball is a single sheet, it does not require a connecting tool such as a stapler or the like, so that it is not affected by rust. According to the first aspect of the present invention, it has excellent elasticity and appropriate rigidity, is very easy to use, has sufficient drying power, and can produce high quality pressed flowers. According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dry sheet capable of improving the initial absorbing power of water leached from a plant and maintaining the absorbing power for a long period of time.
