Description of the Related Art When a wooden staircase in a general house is constructed and constructed, a predetermined operation corresponding to a straight staircase having a straight-line staircase structure or a rotating staircase having a turning portion is performed. In the construction of the straight staircase, there is a method of performing sanitization in which a dimension line or the like is written on the surface of the side girder based on the original size drawing created as the first method. Also,
As a second method, a small split material is laid between the frame on the upper floor and the floor on the lower floor to measure and measure the horizontal angle of the step board, and on the side of the side girder, one side edge thereof is almost the same. A reference line parallel to, for example, about 6 cm apart is blackened, and the kick-up height corresponding to the horizontal angle of the stepboard based on this reference line,
There is a method in which the width of the tread surface is set, and the upper surface position of each step board and the side surface position orthogonal thereto are sequentially blackened from one of the upper and lower portions. However, in the second method, even if it is usually performed using a curved scale, it is very troublesome. Therefore, a form plate is formed from a thin plate material, and the form plate is applied to the side-girder surface to sequentially perform black ink. Put on. Furthermore, as a third method, the height from the floor on the lower floor to the frame on the upper floor is measured and divided by the number of steps, and the horizontal distance from the frame to the first side of the stairs. Is divided by the number of steps to obtain a tread width, and there is a method in which black ink is sequentially applied based on the reference line applied in the same manner as in the second method.

Stop it. That is, while attaching the turning step plate to each of the notch-formed notch-formed step plate placing recesses, attaching the straight-running portion, and incorporating the riser plate, the turning around the side so that the side girder appears on the side of the turning portion. A side spar for makeup in which a portion of a step board is cut into a cut shape is inserted. Second
In the case of attaching the side girder in the turning part as the method described above, the side girder of the straight stairs is blackened as described above, and subsequently the side girder of the turning part is blackened. Third
The method is performed based on the full scale drawing created as the method described above. After the straight section is constructed, the full scale drawing of the surrounding area is created, and according to this full scale drawing, the tread width of the first step, the kick-up height, and the second step The width of the tread surface, the height of the rise, and the dimensions of the upper one are measured in order, and a drawing is created. After the drawing is made, a shape plate is made by this, and the shape plate is transferred to the side beam surface. Inking is performed.

According to the method of (1), a house is built, and actual measurement cannot be performed unless the floor is stretched and a frame is attached. Therefore, it is difficult to manage the work procedure. In the third method, calculation is performed after calculation. It is easy for mistakes in points to occur.

Not only is it difficult to form the ink, but also the appearance is deteriorated due to the formation of a gap due to the later insertion. In the second method, the setting of the rise height and the width of the tread width are not easily determined, and it is time-consuming and troublesome to repeat the operation many times, and even an unskilled worker can use this method. There was something I couldn't do. In the third method, it takes time and effort to create and transfer a full scale drawing, which is extremely troublesome.

That is, the height of the stair area is obtained by multiplying the number of steps and the rise height y, and the length of the stair area is obtained by multiplying the number of steps and the width x of the tread surface. The number of steps, the rise height y, and the width x of the tread surface in the straight traveling portion are set. The original plan view at this time is shown in FIG. 3, and in this original plan view,
6, the arrangement of the wall 20, the side girders 31, to 34, the step plates 41, to 52, etc. are displayed as they are in actual size. The tread widths (a, b, c, d) of the plates 46, 47, 48 are displayed as they are. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower straight-side girder 31 in the lower straight-line portion continuous to the lower floor, linearly continues above the lower straight-side girder 31, and extends outside the surrounding portion. , The lower turning girder 32 located at the lower side, the upper turning girder 33 continuous at right angles to the upper part of the lower turning girder 32, and located on the upper side outside the turning part, and the upper turning girder A series of frame side girders on the outer side of the stairs are constituted by an upper straight side girder 34 linearly continuous at the top of the upper part 33, and a lower straight side girder 31 having a five-stage configuration and an upper straight side having a four-stage configuration. Since each of the beams 34 is a straight portion, the beams are symmetrically arranged on the left and right. Unless otherwise specified, the description of the construction procedure will be directed to the side girders 31, 34 arranged on the outside in the surrounding portion.
