Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a disc wheel for an automobile mounted on a truck, a bus or the like usually has a front wheel in which a rear side of a disc portion 2 and a front side of the hub are centered on a hub hole 8 as shown in FIG. The hub bolt 12 and the wheel nut 11 are tightened and held so as to be in contact with each other. Such a mounting state is usually called single mounting.

The front side of No. 2 and the front side of the other disk wheel were back-to-back, and both were tightened and mounted by the same hub bolt 12 and wheel nut 11.

It is desirable that the shape of the hub hole is slightly raised (A) (generally referred to as a dishing plus state). As shown in FIG. 2B, the disc mounting surface has a slightly concave hub hole direction (generally referred to as a dishing minus state), but usually the same disc wheel is shared by the front and rear wheels. For this reason, it is difficult to use such a desirable shape, and molding has been performed with the intention of the state (C) shown in FIG. 3 (generally referred to as a zero dishing state).

However, since the plate thickness is relatively thick (8 to 14 mm), the mounting surface accuracy can be secured. However, so-called "desshing plus" and "minus" were mixed, and required mounting strength could not be secured, and various troubles occurred.

自動車用ディスクホイール。In a wheel for an automobile composed of a rim portion and a disk portion, a parallel portion having a flat front and back surface and a constant plate thickness is formed in one annular portion of the disk portion radially outward from the bolt hole pitch circle. Further, as the disk portion from the radial inner peripheral end of the parallel portion to the hub hole approaches the hub hole on the front surface and the back surface, it approaches a plane passing through the center in the thickness direction of the parallel portion and orthogonal to the wheel axis. A disk wheel for an automobile, characterized in that a taper portion is formed which is tapered so as to incline in a direction, and has a tapered portion whose thickness gradually decreases toward a hub hole.

The disk portion from the inner peripheral end to the hub hole is provided with a taper which is inclined in a direction approaching a plane orthogonal to the wheel axis through the center in the thickness direction of the parallel portion as approaching the hub hole on the front surface and the back surface. Since the tapered portion whose thickness gradually decreases toward the hub hole is formed, the annular portion radially outward from the bolt hole pitch circle of the disk that must contact the hub with the highest accuracy is parallel to the front and back. In addition, since the taper is provided in the hub hole direction, single mounting and double mounting can be shared, and mounting strength can be improved.

The tapered portion 7 is formed so as to be inclined in a direction approaching a flat surface to be formed, and the thickness gradually decreases toward the hub hole 8.

In this molding process, the container is a basin-shaped container having the same plate thickness as the parallel portion 5, but a guide hole is formed in the center portion before the drawing process. Further, the hub hole 8 may be formed in some cases. Next, the drawn disk portion 2
The tapered portion 7 is formed by tapering both the front side and the back side from the radially inner peripheral end 6 of the parallel portion 5 of the disk toward the hub hole 8 to form a tapered portion 7. Cutting, high pressure by a high-pressure press, pressurization by a spinning roll, roll casting, etc. are conceivable, but spinning roll processing, roll casting, etc. are advantageous from the viewpoint of increasing strength.

It may be before or after the hub bolt hole processing. It is effective even after the rim portion 1 and the disk portion 2 are assembled. Further, the wheel may be a wheel in which the rim and the disk are formed in a fixed manner.

Since a wheel manufactured in a shape can be used in common, fretting can be prevented, and strength due to stress reduction can be improved. If the strength can be improved, the thickness of the entire disk portion 2 can be reduced, and the weight can be reduced. When the wheel nut 11 is tightened to the hub 10, a slight gap is formed between the hub 10 and the disk portion 2 by the taper portion 7, so that the wheel nut is spring-effected.
Eleven loosening can be prevented.
