A pair of rails are removably fastened to a plurality of iron sleepers having a fastening fitting fixed to the upper surface via these rail fastening fittings, and the groove cross-section is detachably attached to each of the inner side and both outer sides. The proboscis stop was fastened and the central tread was superimposed on the grooved prosthesis in the inside, and it was superimposed on the crosses prone in the outer sides. A bent front end portion of a plurality of pressing and holding band fittings which are provided at predetermined intervals at or near the track-side end or the end of the center tread and the end tread with a grooved prone tread having an end tread. Railroad crossing characterized by being elastically pressed and clamped to a rail fastening by a clip through a rail I will provide a.

A rail is removably fastened to the iron sleeper via a track fastening fitting, and a groove-shaped cross-section bearing supporter is removably fastened to the iron sleeper between the supporter fastening fittings, and On the upper surface of the grooved prone stop board, a grooved prone tread plate made of striped steel plate or the like is superimposed and placed, and pressing and holding band metal fittings are vertically suspended at predetermined intervals near the rail side end of the grooved prone tread plate. The bent front end provided near the lower end of the pressing and holding band fitting is elastically pressed with a clip on the upper surface of the rail fastening fitting and held. In addition, the clip presses not only the pressing and holding band fitting but also the rail at the same time to hold the clip.

する。By the way, as is well known, a heavy-weight train runs at a high speed, so that when a train passes a railroad crossing, the railroad crossing vibrates in a state where the iron sleeper presses down on the ballast ballast and sinks. For this reason, since the cross-sectional grooved prone stop board is fixed to the iron sleeper, the vibration of the iron sleeper is applied to the cross-section grooved prone board which is superimposed via the cross-sectional grooved prone stop board. Also propagates.

In the prior art, bolt fastening is adopted, but the bolt is easily loosened by vibration, and if the bolt is loosened, the cross-sectional grooved prone footboard is displaced, and the train wheel is displaced. Railroad crossings were rarely used on railroad tracks using iron sleepers because they could cause derailment accidents when they got on the treads.

Can be easily fitted and fastened simply by inserting the next, and a plurality of folding pressure holding band fittings having a holding bent front end portion are provided at predetermined intervals in the vicinity of the lower inside edge or inside the inner edge of the groove-shaped prone end tread plate. It is configured in the same manner as the central tread plate so as to be vertically installed, and the pressing and holding band metal fitting and the rail can be elastically pressed and held together via the rail fastening metal fitting. By pressing and holding the inner edge of the lower bend, the holding thereof can be carried out reliably and robustly, similarly to the central tread.

It is possible to easily resiliently insert or remove it from the fastening plate fastener by a simple operation of sandwiching the both sides with. For this reason, there is an advantage that the groove-shaped prone retaining plate can be repaired and replaced in a very short time.
